Stay-Dry Solutions was so professional every step of the way and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I had multiple bids for this project trying to find a good company and I’m so glad I came across Stay-Dry! Unlike other roofing companies who gave me a bid on the phone, Luigi the owner of the company came to my property and got on the roof himself! He was so professional and really understood what I was looking for. He walked me through every step of the process, making sure I understood everything, it was so nice! Also the bid arrived quickly via email and was thorough and was a very fair price! The owner, Luigi also spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me and then even offered to come back to my property for a second time and answer some more questions. These people were awesome. Ishmael did our whole roof alone and had it done in 3 1/2 days! He was so kind and respectful even working in 96 ° heat. Even had the neighbors impressed, also wanting them to do their homes. Were are beyond pleased!

Awesome company to work with! They came to work on a Sunday after bad weather caused delays earlier in the week. Cleaned up after the job was done. Came back to do a walk-around with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we had. Kept in good contact with us about issues that came up and to answer any questions we had. Out of the blue, we had a leaking roof which had just been evaluated last year when we remodeled our house and I was told by an inspector that it was in excellent condition. It turns out that it was a bad DIY job that hadn't been disclosed to us when we bought the house four years ago and the previous inspectors didn't take the time to look under tiles and see numerous areas of wet plywood under the tiles (which is hard to achieve in a hot, dry Spokane summer) and work that wasn't up to code. I called all of the companies I knew of in Spokane and none could be bothered to come out and do a consultation for at least two months. Knowing that it was August and a rainy fall and snowy winter were merely weeks away, I was panicked because I knew we'd have problems if I didn't get my leaking roof fixed asap. I asked some people that I trust and I had a friend refer me to Stay Dry Solutions. They came out that day to do the evaluation of my roof and two weeks later started the replacement. They were fast, courteous, and the price was comparable with what my friends had spent on their houses. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

We live in Spokane and have needed a new roof for quite some time. They worked around our schedule to set up the estimate. Then we got a beautiful bid emailed to us. We haven't scheduled the job yet, but I'm 100% comfortable with this decision, I know it will be a good experience based on everything leading up to this point.

My gut is right the majority of the time and it tells me this is our roofing company. I have a feeling after the entire project is complete I will be editing my review to "Best Spokane Roofing Company"

luigi fully explained the roofing process and actually "built" a small sample and explained the steps to be taken. the job was completed on time and the crew was professional and polite. stay dry gave the best (and honest) rate in town. i am very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

We worked with Luigi and would definitely recommend his services. When working with old houses something always comes up and often when something goes wrong you get a good idea of the company by how they respond to it. We were always impressed how easy it was to communicate our concerns to Luigi. He was always responsive, respectful, and put a lot of effort into making sure we felt good about the work. We went with a metal roof and are very glad we did so.

Luigi and Jacob responsed quickly when I requested their help for a leak in my garage. They were the only company that found the root of the problem and suggested a reasonable repair plan. Jacob took the time to listen to all of my concerns. The crew that came out was awesome. They were meticulous and quick. Very happy and thankful for this company. Luigi and his guys were great! I talked to Luigi at Noon. They were able to come that afternoon. By 3pm they had found the problem and fixed. They were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

The simple fact is that most homeowners don't really know how a roof is properly installed, and generally base their reviews on whether the person was friendly and responsive, and whether the contractor did a good job on cleanup. While those things are important, the most important thing is whether the job was done right, and for a fair price. I am an engineer, and have decades of experience in various types of construction projects, and have also re-roofed a few houses myself (when I was much younger).

I ended up getting five bids for my re-roof project, and a few of the bids were way too high, one was way too low, and one was close to what the cost should have been, but was over an hour late to give the bid, and made a poor excuse for being late. Stay Dry Solutions was the last bid I received, and after talking with the owner, Luigi, for an hour or so, I could tell that he was both knowledgeable, and the type of person who wanted to do the best job possible.

We scheduled the work for the next month, and he kept that scheduled start day. I know the crew working on the roof did an excellent job on the installation, as I was onsite for the duration, and on the roof at various times, monitoring the project.

I would certainly recommend them to friends and family that might need roofing work completed.

What a wonderful group of hardworking men!! My roof looks great and the mess was totally cleaned up. I've heard a mess is usually always left for the homeowner to clean up but NOT with this company, amazing clean up! Didn't damage a single plant or bush either. Luigi put a beautiful roof on my home. He was kind, quick, courteous and professional. When I noticed a piece of broken decking hadn't been replaced, he called me personally and came out himself to fix the issue himself. I've definitely learned a lot about this process. These Guys are unbelievable the level of service and work ethics. A complete strip and system installation knocked out in two and half days!!! I had expected at least a week to finish but this crew never stops!! They even bumped me up two weeks from the scheduled day. Prices are more than fair and job made my place look brand new again!
