We hired State Wide Contracting LLC for a new roof installation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Gino, the owner, was professional, responsive, and truly cared about delivering quality work. From the initial estimate to the final clean-up, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. The new roof looks fantastic and has already made a noticeable difference in both appearance and energy efficiency. If you’re in Silverdale or nearby and need roofing work done right, we highly recommend Gino and his team at State Wide Contracting!

I’ve been so fortunate to be introduced to Angel and Gino at State Wide Contracting when Doug Hyatt sold his snow plow business to Gino. They’ve not only taken care of my showroom and son’s home for snow removal… but they even do gutters! Angel came out and invoiced the exact amount quoted and even helped me connect water containment chains to the gutters. He communicated his time of arrival EVERY time too so I could plan accordingly. Thank you, Angel!

After having two well known gutter companies come out and readjust my gutters, they still weren't draining right, i had angel at statewide contracting come out and give me quote for job. He was on time, and did a great job ! It was a small job, but he fit me into their schedule. Recommend!

I am not one who writes many reviews, but when I have had an AMAZING experience and EXCEPTIONAL treatment I am going to give a HUGE shoutout!! I have been trying to get bids on a new roof since around May of this year. I tried to contact 5 different local roofers in the area. Two showed up and gave bids, one called and made an appointment and never showed, one was extremely rude to my daughter on the phone when trying to get an appointment, and one never returned our calls. My FB page kept popping up with these big beautiful bright lime green trucks with State Wide Contracting, LLC on them. They were from the Westside in many locations and they had a Selah/Yakima location. Their advertising caught my eye and so I started research and found out they were a legit company and so I called to ask for a bid. Angel Sanchez came out the very next day. I liked him from the very beginning and how respectful he was, honest, and did not try and oversell me. I took a couple days, but I hired them. Within my hiring, signing contract, and their exceptional team beginning and completing the job was 9 days (3 of which were installing roof and gutters/downspouts). I can not say enough about State Wide Contracting, LLC. Angel’s professionalism and knowledge and respect to me as a single woman (who actually has a lot of contracting background knowledge) to his AMAZING work crew and Salvador, his gutter installer who deserves extra kudos for his hard work and going above and beyond to make sure every last detail was perfect. Everyone was so nice, respectful, punctual, and just a pure pleasure to do business with. This experience and company is bar none one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They stand behind their word and their products are top notch. As Angel said, “You literally get a Gucci product, workmanship, and treatment from all of their crew for a Macy’s price!” Thank you everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with from State Wide Contracting, LLC. You will DEFINITELY get my recommendations and future business. P.S. AND they leave your property spotless when done.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
