Better Business Bureau rating is accurate for this company. An employee claiming that he is the owner of the company has threatened another customer by refusing to release a lien since the truth about the quality of their work has come to light. The work they performed was inadequate and caused damage to the rest of the home. Just avoid and find a different contractor that has a good Better Business Bureau rating.
