Where to start! Ruslan was supposed to arrive at 4:30 he did not! He didn't even call! My wife finally called to ask him if he was still coming. He told her yes that he was stuck in traffic. So I checked Waze and there was no traffic at all. So not only did he not have the comon courtesy to call and let us know he was running late he lied to my wife.
He arrived 36 minutes late with messy hair and pants that were way to small for him. And not only was his fly down he kept clinching his butt cheeks the entire time I was talking with him.
After telling him I just wanted a louvered roof over my back deck with lights and screens, I asked him how much this would run and he told me it would be over $100,000.!
OMG! I can build a house for that.
When Costco has one for $1600.
I told him it was way to much and his reply was "how about we do it for half the price".
Just because I have a beautiful house and nice things doesn't mean I'm stupid enough to throw money away!
I have been in construction for almost 40 years now and I am a very talented finish carpenter that knows the process and the price of doing business!
I thought this was very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth and burned my wife's eyes!

Results are everything we asked for. Also appreciated the honoring of commitments despite known inflation and the transparency throughout the whole process. As an engineer, really was a first class effort.

He told me what to expect and answered my questions. I made a little change, but they did not notice and ordered the wrong product.
