I had a nightmare issue with my contractor and with my project and Tom Utley and Standfast made everything work for me and has my business for all projects in the future. They have gone above and beyond to help me make this project work. I cannot recommend them enough, passing out their information to friends, family, and clients!

I purchased a Standfast building and very happy with it. The structural integrity is impressive, the customer service is good as well. It's a structure that will never shift, twist or move at all.

I only had one complaint 70 percent of the hardware is to long. If they would shorten some of that up, it would go together easier and not look as tacky. The roof tin hardware is even stainless, very nice. You can see in the picture what a nice ridge line you get and that's forever.

I searched for 2 years for a metal building company and found Stand Fast to be the best for the money. Everything was delivered on time and packaged pretty conveniently. I also needed an instruction manual in Spanish and Tom was very helpful in getting that to me. The design is solid, easy to install, and will last a couple lifetimes. Thank you!

Standfast has went above and beyond for our company, we have installed two of their buildings in the past year or so. We have had some pretty tight deadlines and they were able to meet or come in ahead of schedule on our timeframes. Overall great company to work with and more than fairly priced for the quality of building we received.

I contacted Standfast Steel Buildings to get a quote on a garage that measured 25 wide and 45 feet deep, and let them know that I have never attempted to do this before. They assured me that it was not that difficult and if I had basic skills and the right tools I could do it myself. The instructions tell you what tools you need.
First they sent me the bolt pattern for the j bolts that go in the slab for the foundation as they go in first even before the building arrives. The slab contractor followed the drawing and the slab was poured without any problems.
The delivery of the building came 30 days after the slab and every beam went into the bolts just like it was supposed to fit. I was impressed to say the least because just me (age 77) and my son (age 55) were able to erect the support beams by ourselves, using a Geanie lift and a fork lift.
We followed the plans and had to call the company several times to ask for instructions when we were not sure if the pieces we used were correct. Standfast always called us back and gave us instructions so we were sure if we were doing it correctly. After all the vertical beams were in place and the connecting pieces were bolted in place the building became really tight. Then the siding began to be installed and that went really quick, then the roof panels were installed. We were done and when it rained there was not one leak anywhere. It took us 10 working days to complete and I am really happy with my new garage, and I saved money doing it myself. Even the neighbors were impressed because they came by to watch us as it came together. Now my son wants to build one on his new property but I will have to help him just to make sure he is doing it correctly. Thanks Standfast Steel Buildings.

I am an owner/builder/engineer and was extremely satisfied with the 30x60 metal building package I bought from Mayflower/Standfast. The assembly plans were well done and accurate. The steel components were quality made and attachment/fit-up was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
