STLR&S promply replaced facia and repaired my roof multiple times. Josh and his crew show up when they say they will and stay until the job is completed and they do not leave a mess.
Other roofing companies just added new gutters to the bid when replacing the facia but STLR&S removed the gutters without damaging them, replaced the facia and then attached the gutters again. This surgical approach saved me money and eliminated wasting perfectly good gutters.
I am so confident of their integrity I have referred them, without hesitation, to my real estate investment clients. All of whom I recieved thank yous from for sending them their way.

We just had St. Louis Roofing & Siding install soffits, wrap the facia boards, and install new guttering (with leaf guards) on our home. Josh and his crew were pleasant to work with. They came on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I had gotten several bids for this job, and this companies pricing was right in-line with a couple of others. But Josh was willing to work with me as I wanted some special attention to one area of the house. He delivered as promised, and that to me is worth more than just going for the lowest bid. I had my roof, siding, and gutters replaced Fall 2019. I took several bids and by far STL Roofing and Siding was the perfect choice. It was a big job and I was really concerned that everything go smoothly, even accounting for weather. I should not have worried. Josh had everything under control. Kept me informed the entire time. Addressed all my questions (and there were lots). Brian, especially, did a wonderful job installing the siding - very meticulous that all fit as it should. I have had an excellent experience with the service and craftsmanship of St. Louis Roofing & Siding. I especially appreciated the willingness of Josh and crew to explore a variety of approaches to gutter upgrade, soffit repair and window frame restoration. The result was economical, custom designed solutions putting features of an older home in sound condition with attractive finishing that carefully considered the essential colonial look of its traditional architecture. They kept in constant contact to facilitate convenient scheduling and were reliable on time estimates while working within bids. They were open to discussion with the owner on the job when unusual situations arose which allowed us to come to mutually agreeable remedies. It was easy to work with the company's carpenter who was very skilled and efficient who took a lot of pride in the end product. I definitely recommend this company.

He helped us through the insurance claim procedures and even communicated with the adjuster. The roofing crew finished in one day which was quite a feat. We had a perfect experience with Josh and St. Louis Roofing and Siding. The company was reliable, did what they said they would do, and were prompt in getting a big job done quickly. Josh kept us apprised of everything going on with our insurance claim (we NEVER could have done it ourselves) and made everything easy for us. The roof and guttering look beautiful and we could not be happier. Josh is such an easy guy to deal with - we recommend his company 100%.

We hired St. Louis Roofing & Siding to install vinyl siding, several windows/patio doors, gutters, and wrap the wood fascia and porch columns in 2014. The owner, Frank, is very pleasant and reasonable. The quality of the siding product and windows/doors for our project were very good and worth the value. However, the sub-contractors used for our project had poor quality workmanship. This required multiple revisits to our home to correct mistakes or sloppy installation and an extended project timeline. The workers also did not take care of our property leaving a mess behind after they left. We also had some misunderstanding about what the work would consist of for wrapping wood features and a few other aspects of the overall project. This could have been avoided if Frank had been more thorough in explaining how the project would be done upfront. Frank did work with us and the sub-contractors to fix mistakes, which we appreciated. We give a 2 of 5 star rating for the siding and windows/door products, but because of the experience working with this company and poor quality for the rest of the job we would not give them a recommendation.

I'm very pleased with the way my new roof and trim work turned out. Will be using them again in the future for some of my other properties.

Can't say enough about how well Josh dealt with the insurance company and did a great job replacing my roof. The clean up was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

We recommend St. Louis Roofing and Siding to all of our friends. When having to replace your roof, especially due to weather damage and dealing with the insurance companies, St. Louis Roofing and Siding really stepped up and assisted us. We started our process with receiving numerous quotes and reviewing the roof with the insurance company.

First of all, St. Louis Roofing and Siding had the BEST PRICE and also took the time to explain the insurance process and work directly with the insurance adjustor when they came to look at the roof. This made the process so much easier to get through and less stressful.

I never knew how many options to roofs there were, and St. Louis Roofing and Siding walked us through the shingle options and colors.

Then, came the actual roof and putting it on. The roof was completed same day, which I thought was amazing. After the storm, may people were receiving new roofs, and it was taking DAYS for other companies to complete a home of the size!!

The yard was completely clean after the installation and the new roof looks amazing.

This was the second roof that we had them put on our home and we have had no complaints either time. The sales person is very knowledgeable and was very thorough when doing the damage inspection. He worked interactively with the insurance people and obtained a fair settlement. The work was done very professionally and the cleanup was very good. I strongly recommend them.

I would recommend St. Louis Roofing & Siding to anyone who is thinking of having work done. They are professional, they do quality work, their crew was friendly & polite, they clean up after themselves and best of all they do what's best for the customer without tacking on unnecessary expense.

They did our roof & we love it. Their bid was very competitive & we were able to include several upgrades at a very small cost, much lower than we had anticipated.

They went above & beyond helping us with our insurance claim. They made sure we got paid for several items that the adjuster had omitted. They took time out of their busy schedule to meet with a 2nd adjuster who agreed that the first adjuster had been negligent & St. Louis Roofing & Siding was correct all along. This was after the roof had been completed & they had already been paid by us. Where do you find customer service like that?
