They did a great job with the work. They made the quoting and payment process very easy and were transparent with cost and scheduling throughout the entire project.

They were responsive to my request for a quote and quickly turned around completing the job. The estimator also suggested some additional flashing to protect from water damage. He explained its importance and we included that as well.

It's true, they call you back and SHOW UP. They are honest and thorough with their assessments and follow up. Benny is friendly, knowlegable and thorough with details.

STL Roofing performed my front porch roof replacement with a high degree of professionalism and quality. Communication from beginning to end was excellent, and I would hire them again in the future.

I have been using St. Louis Roofing & Exteriors for 10 years for all of my exterior house repairs. They are quick, professional, and the crew are the hardest working people that do excellent work. I highly recommend them for roofing, siding, gutters, and any exterior project!

Communication was horrible. This job was a rush job and it appears that the company and the sub-contractors that were hired didn't care. There were several things that weren't done and/or replaced that I had to contact the project manager about to include two windows that were apparently left off of the estimate to be wrapped that St. Louis Roofing & Interiors inspector has marked as damaged and to be included in repairs. The sub-contractors didn't respect my property and my neighbor property I had to tell them to pick up nails and clean up after they removed the siding, gutters, etc. Sub-contractors didn't do a good clean up job so I had to go back behind them and clean up. Pictures and well written instructions were not shared with the sub-contractors of what is to be replaced and where the items that were removed should go back since this wasn't done the sub-contractors had to come back out to my house several times. Materials that were left over were left in my driveway without communication to me if I will be reimbursed for materials that weren't used or if I can get rid of it as to my discretion. As of today, Wednesday, July 24, 2024 I haven't heard anything from the company in regard to this so I had to rent a storage unit and pay someone to move the left over materials out of my driveway and into the storage for me along with I had to break down a large box and put in my recycle bin to be picked up with my trash. Now I have to pay someone to remove the pallet out of my driveway so I can start back parking inside of my garage. This has been one of the most unpleasant experiences that I had with getting work done to my house and I wouldn't recommend this company.

The statements made by the owner in their response on or about August 4, 2025, are not accurate. I originally posted my review over a year ago, and it's unfortunate that only now they've decided to reply with misinformation. I have documented my concerns thoroughly through text messages, emails, and even security camera footage all of which were shared directly with both Jon and Dennise at the time. To clarify, nothing was done for free or outside the scope of my contract. I stand by my original review and the experiences I described.

St. Louis Roofing waa accessible throughout and after replacing the roof. They were professional and respectful of my property, leaving the area clean. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The job was completed on schedule and I was well informed throughout the process.

I wasn't there when the work was performed, so I had no questions. I always refer to STL Roofing because they're thorough, experienced, and go the extra mile to resolve issues.

I had a small project that most companies did not want to mess with. STL Roofing was accommodating and prompt. I would recommend to their services to others!!

St Louis Roofing provided fast, quality work at an excellent price. Most impressive was the great communication at every step. .

They were hired to do the roof at my Condo association. They were told by my HOA rep not to block the accessible parking spot or ramp so I have access to my home, also they are disabled spots and shouldn't be used for construction anyway. I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be dissatisfied.

The job was done with care, wasn’t rushed or treated it like a assembly line. Answered all questions and talked about the job being done.

Did an excellent job on the gutter and roof work we needed. Not to mention they didnt try and sell us a whole new roof we didnt need. Will definitely use them in the future.

The communication and customer service provided throughout all phases of the process was top notch. The timeliness of the estimate and repairs was excellent. This will definitely be our go to roofing company for any future needs.

Apparently the work needed on my gutters was not an ordinary, straightforward job. It required careful analysis, expertise, and even a bit of creativity to design a solution to the problem. The crew was very polite and focused on their work, making adjustments as needed to ensure the gutters did exactly what they were meant to do. The project manager was in touch very soon afterward to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I told him I wouldn’t know until it rained! Since then it has rained and as far as I can tell the job was well done and effective.

I had 3 different estimates to replace the siding on my house. St Louis Roofing & Exteriors was a bit more expensive BUT they did the job right by removing all the old siding and wrapping the house fully. The others did not include that. The siding is beautiful and installed correctly. I would whole-heartedly recommend this company to any friends or family

We had just bought our home from rehabbers and the gutters had been patched, but not leveled, so in heavy downpours our water would runoff onto our neighbors' foundation. We contacted St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors because of their excellent reviews online. We were not disappointed! They were quick to call back and sent out an employee for a free inspection and repair estimate. The pricing was reasonable and they were able to install our gutters despite rain the day of, without interrupting our day at all. Thanks to the torrential rain this last week we have seen our gutters in action and we our satisfied customers!

first of all, they answer the phone when I called, they listen to what I needed done and they gave me a bid and after I accepted, they came out, the day later, and the roof was fixed and ready to go for the next storm. Hired them to replace a soffit and do a roof repair. They did great work and everything looks really good. We had trouble getting several other contractors to return our calls or get back to us, but St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors came through and we couldn’t be happier.

Called around to several places to get several quotes for a new roof. They called, emailed and texted to follow up several times. I emailed and texted back that I was going with a different company and no longer needing their services. Three months later, I'm still getting calls and text messages asking if I have questions on the quote on a monthly basis. I've tried responding to request not to be contacted. If you want to get hounded by them calling way too often after they give you a quote, call these guys.

corey was the estimator, awful experience, extremely bad communication, broke scheduled times to come out to inspect roofs, reminded several times over 6 weeks to get quote, finally got him out, never did receive a quote.

went with frederick roofing and got a quote back in 3 days flat that completely contradicted what corey verbally stated to me.

would not use for any professional or larger projects.

He only took an hour and a half to cover the missing shingles. I like that he left the opened bag of shingles, in case we need them in the future. We have done business with St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors twice in the last 4 years, and both times we have been very pleased. Jon, the office staff and the installers have all been very professional and easy to work with. After our full roof and gutter installation 4 years ago, the crew left the area clean. When we had a drainage issue with our gutters, Jon followed up immediately to remedy the problem. This year, after storm damage, Jon and his team again provided excellent service. Needed siding repair work, and STL Roofing & Exteriors was a standout in terms of willing to do the job and responding to my initial inquiry. Jon was really great at assisting and making himself available for communicating via text. There was an issue about the job being completed in agreed upon fashion and Jon personally came to the house to ensure it was satisfactory. The only thing preventing a 5-star review were some minor lapses in communication regarding job status and follow up after a missed appointment. Will look to do business again next time a need or upgrade is warranted.

The handling of the insurance claim and all the work was performed very well. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the roof was installed and took care to not damage any of the plants around the perimeter of the house.

Once I contacted the company about my leak in the roof someone called back the next day and then sent someone right away to look at it. Once they discovered the issue I was kept up to date of the whole process. It was repaired in a timely manner and was very professionally done.

My damaged fascia was repaired quickly and they did a great job of matching the color to the existing soffit.

The company was very responsive and accommodating. I called several roofing companies regarding my issue and no one got back to be because the area I live in has issues getting people to work on projects. Within 2 days a representative called me and schedule a consultation. Once the weather broke, my project was completed

Two things really stood out to me in what was an excellent experience throughout: The constant, proactive communication from both Ryan and Jon, and their commitment to my satisfaction. Ryan talked to me almost daily to walk me through the process, make sure I was apprised of the work schedule and progress, and to gauge my impression of the work. Then, when I examined the roof and had questions about the lightning rod afterwards, Ryan and a coworker came over the next day to personally examine things and make adjustments. Phenomenal work and customer experience.

Update 2018: I had this company come back for another job at the church. Again, they excelled at communication. The constant, proactive efforts from both Corey and Jon, and their willingness to go way above and beyond to assist in the process really stood out. I had Corey come in to assess our roof, but then had a multiple month lapse before I could continue through the process with the insurance company. Corey kept in touch with me and then was right alongside me throughout the insurance process, calling multiple times to help me reach the adjuster and following up with them through multiple corrections. Corey was always willing to meet me at the time and place of my choice to arrange checks, contracts, etc., and he was available at all hours for questions and updates as our church moved through our financial processes. Finally, the job was really difficult, replacing a steeply sloped roof and downspout three stories up. Fantastic work!

Update 2021: After my positive experiences in earlier years having the company work on a church, I hired them to work on my home. All the same positives applied. The phone desk, Kelly Nolen, and Jon Kovarik excelled at communication again. They came out just a few days after I initiated the project, arrived on time, finished promptly, and cleaned up well. They continue to be a 5 star company I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Edit: I used St. Louis Roofing again to repair water damage to the sidewall of my carport from a previous contractors crummy work. First I just want to say, out of all of the companies I called, they are the only ones who showed up and gave me a bid in the end. LOTS of empty promises from other companies. The ladies in the office also followed up multiple times and answered all of my questions and concerns. So thank you STL Roofing for once again delivering stellar communication! As for the rebuild, it went very well. They installed a seamless gutter, repaired the roof area where the leak was getting into the wall, removed and repaired the rotten wood, and replaced the siding. The two gentleman working on the sidewall kept me in the loop regarding the damage the whole time and let me know that it was more than the original estimate. Appreciate the communication and the stellar job they did fixing another contractors shoddy work from 10 years ago!

If you are in need of roofing services, I cannot stress how much I would recommend this company. The professionalism with which they operated was unparalleled from any company I have used thus far in the St Louis region to perform work on my home. The first contact with them, before any conversations took place, was an email with the business license and insurance policy. No other company has ever provided this information before. Not to mention out of the three bids I asked for, their estimator was the only person to actually LOOK at my roof. The other two companies quoted me a price to repair a section that wasn't even 3 months old. They also listened to me and my needs as a homeowner, with a budget, and gave me the highest quality of work within those guidelines.
