I hired Phillips Quartz and Cabinets to finish a job left undone by another contractor. They completed the job in a timely manner and well-within budget. After my previous experience with sub-par contractors, their workmanship and integrity during the whole process was a breath of fresh air. I've never worked with a contractor more reliable and communicative than Ryan Phillips. After reaching out to several local contractors and not hearing back, I finally came across Ryan's business. He replied to my inquiry immediately and came out the same day to assess our job and sent the estimate by the next morning. He took into account all our needs and was able to secure a fabulous deal on some beautiful new flooring. Bottom line, Ryan did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He was extremely responsive, texting me updates each day. On the day he was planning to start the work, he had some trouble with his vehicle. While most people would just cancel or reschedule, he went out of this way to rent a Uhaul truck to be able to deliver the materials and start the work on time. Ryan was courteous and respectful of our space and very kind to our children. The room he renovated for us was central to the house so despite his best efforts to contain the dust, we tracked it through the house. Ryan came in on short notice and performed a fairly major repair of the sun room foundation. Ryan know his stuff and walked me through the options. Ryan completed the project on time and roughly in line with the estimate on a time and materials project. He did a great job and made all the necessary cosmetic improvements at the end. Very professional job and hope to use him again.
