St. Clair Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I keep having to bring my new truck back down for service but the service department is good to me. Just frustrates me that my new truck has been back there twice now and I still have an issue

I just needed an oil change and tire rotation and what I got was a pit stop and excellent customer service!

First, my morning call to the dealership was answered by a kind person who promptly connected me with the another person in the service department (Alan?). He told me they could fit me in, and to simply pull into the service bay upon arrival and they would take it from there.

Second, they delivered exactly as promised! I pulled in, was greeted by Jordan who treated me as his personal customer, gathered basic information and directed me to a comfortable waiting area, with complimentary coffee, water and snacks.

Third, my time in the waiting area was brief (apx. 30 minutes) and I was on my way!

Simple enough but rare these days. Good caring, people answering phones instead of machines. And good professional people delivering excellent customer service. Well done and greatly appreciated!

I had a flat tire that they were able to repair for me. Start to finish 20 minutes! Thank you so much!@

St. Clair Chrysler did an excellent job diagnosing and solving my vehicle issues. They were clear explaining the issues and transparent about costs involved. I highly recommend St. Clair Chrysler.

Everything went well except one minor thing the tech must of used My bull bar on the front of the truck as a ladder because it had foot prints on it , use a ladder please

I am 100% satisfied with the service at the Saint Clair Chrysler dealership. My car battery died Sunday morning, dropped off the car Sunday evening, got a call back Monday morning and picked up my car late Monday afternoon.

This team really does care in st. Clair, when I walk into the showroom I feel like family not just a numbered customer. Amazing team and service always going above and beyond.

Their service department is probably one of the best I've ever dealt with. Alan who handled my issues with my vehicle went above and beyond to solve my issue and will definitely get my business in the future.

Very dissatisfied with my past two services for oil change and tire rotations. I have been going here for over 3 years with my car for service and drive over 35 minutes to come to this specific dealership. I had a package for oil change and tire rotations and had asked to receive both services, I had only gotten an oil change and no tire rotation and did not notice till I had gotten home, causing me to have a tire rotation but no oil change left in my package leaving it unequal. And could not come back to get the tire rotation as I have a very busy schedule and have to pre plan with work to fit these appointments in my schedule. At the most recent appointment, it was early Monday morning with no one else waiting for service and I still had to wait over an hour to receive my oil change and tire rotation. Someone had walked in 20 minutes after me and their car was taken back right away and serviced as mine still sat to be serviced and finished before mine. Lastly, I have always bought oil change and tire rotation packages from here and have always been told to purchase the package after my service and the package will be applied to this oil change and tire rotation as well. So I had waited till after my service to purchase the package and was told they aren’t allowed to do that anymore which I have never had a problem with and was always told previously to do.

The only dealership I trust to take care of my 23 challenger. They replaced my radiator quickly and professionally with state licensed mechanics. They shuttled me to and from home. I will be back for future services and purchases.

Overall, the experience was went well no problems. Brandon was honest game answered all my questions. Very happy with the truck.

Great experience! Leased 2 cars within a week! Butch and the whole staff were excellent! Very happy I made the switch to St. Clair Chrysler Jeep Dodge!! Will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone!

Just came in for oil change hot perfect service quick. Mo oil spots or drops when hot home very satisfied

They are more than awesome!!!! My life was taken and flipped upside down on January 26th by losing it all in an apartment fire. They towed my Jeep out of almost a foot of ice to the shop and made me new keys and fixed my Jeep for me and they returned one wonderful tool to put my life back together!!! I love you all for this!!!! I can't thank you enough for giving me something positive and your generosity in my most darkest and negative position. It's only up from here thanks to all of you!!!!! Not to impressed with my purchase of my new truck Ieased it brand new and had to bring it in not even through a of owning it for a check engine light turns out my transmission was not receiving any oil due to the fact that my oil line was not even connected and it came from the factory after I was told that maintenance checked on everything to ensure everything was good to go. I think the factories need to do better or not hire lazy people to put together a machine that could end up killing someone if something breaks off it while going down the road

Came in to have my flat tire looked at on my 2023 Jeep Renegade. Fixed it right up, checked the other 3 tires and was charged a low low fee for all this. All the staff was friendly and informative. This will be my dealership of choice going forward. Thx for a positive experience

I’m writing this review to give special thanks to Eli, my salesman, in going above and beyond with the purchase of my first car. I was in the market for a Jeep Compass for some time and had checked out the inventory at many other local dealers. I had received quotes, all of which felt outrageously high for the actual MSRP of the car. I never followed through with previous salesmen because I felt I couldn’t trust them for one reason or another- until I met Eli. He truly made the process so easy and put all of my worries that come with first time car buying at ease. Not only did he sell me my first car and handle everything on the back end prior to my arrival to sign the papers, but he also handled selling my grandfather, mom, and aunt new cars at the same time in a timely and efficient manner. As we were trying to meet some of the end of the year company rebates, he made sure that all of the loan offices and needs for purchase were met in just a couple of days for all of us. And let me add, my quotes were nearly half of what I was quoted at a different dealer. He handled every question with a smile and a clear wealth of knowledge, made sure that everyone’s vehicles were in tip top shape prior to sale, and spent the time with me in the vehicle explaining different settings and helping me set up my preferences for it.

Also a special shout out to Marc in the maintenance portion of the dealership. He took in my boyfriend’s Jeep for some recalls and diagnosed a major problem that my boyfriend didn’t know about that could’ve potentially caused a major mechanical failure without being pushy or adding unnecessary repairs. You can tell that the shop is ran well with good and knowledgeable mechanics working in its midst.

Highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Eli for any of your car buying needs!

I am immensely grateful that I was able to get work done on my Jeep during a holiday week without scheduling in advance. A last minute work schedule change gave me 2 days that I could manage without a vehicle and St. Clair Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram squeezed me in. They made no promises, but pulled it off and I had my vehicle back before the weekend. They are my heroes!

Made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped it off at the appointed time. Within 45 minutes the job was done including the tire rotation. Very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the dealership and employees.

I had an unexpected issue, while driving, with my 2016 Cherokee. Drove it right to the dealer. They took it right in, but did explain it might take a day to get to it, and do the diagnostic testing. That’s fair. But they got to it that day. Diagnosed, and called me with what they found. To my surprise they had me back on the road the following day. Pleasant experience all around.

We were visiting from South Carolina during the week of Thanksgiving and had some sensor lights come on. I pulled into the service center with all of my kids in the car and was immediately helped. Once they were able to determine what was causing the sensor lights, they jumped into action to get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. They stayed in touch with me via text to keep me posted on the status of the repair and had it back to me within 24 hours. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great communication with the service department all parts needed were in stock and my truck was repaired to my surprise very quickly. Would definitely recommend this service department

I delt with Allen and he did everything possible to get my truck back to me and get wverything covered. I appreciatethe work allen put i to taki g care of me. The warranty manufacturer was a major problem because they kept asking for more and more items when they already k ew whatthwproblem was, so because of this i was without my truck for over a month.
