Probably the best experience we have had with a home contractor. The installation process was very fast with a 4 man crew and 15 windows. Their combined experience is well over 100 years. Windows look amazing and greatly enhanced the curb appeal of our home.

I had a wonderful experience with St. Albans Window. I purchased a new front entry door and screen door, as well as a new sliding patio door. For my entry door, I chose a heritage fiberglass model with a cherry finish. This door and its accompanying screen door done in Tudor brown look wonderful. I'm also very pleased with my standard patio door, which has a convenient door handle and an easy-to-use locking mechanism.

The installation went very smoothly. The team arrived promptly and immediately went to work removing the old doors and preparing the new ones to be installed. The job was completely finished, including clean-up and loading up debris for disposal, in under four hours. The installers were all very friendly and professional.

I can't recommend these guys enough! They have replaced almost every window in my house now. After the last install I had a little bit of an issue with a window with a half round on top. Since I had already paid, I was worried that they'd forget me. But they came back with people that were a little more skilled and they corrected it. I'm so thankful they had the integrity to do that. We are very pleased with St. Albans Windows...we had 13 windows put in our sunroom and two doors with 2 plexiglass on each side of the doors....workers arrived on time, worked throughout the day, workers were professional and very nice and completely cleaned up when they were done. Throughout this process, they checked with us to be sure the work was done to our satisfaction and answered any questions we had. Now our sunroom looks amazing and so much nicer now. We are so glad we called St. Albans Windows to do this work.

We used St. Albans Windows when we decided to remodel our house. After getting our windows replaced the amount of flies and bugs that enter our home through our windows is RIDICULOUS. We NEVER had a problem with flies before getting our windows replaced. We called and they sent someone out that day and all I was told was that they had "never seen anything like this before and it wasn't their windows". They agreed to replace the windows again to see if it helped and it did not. Still flies everywhere. Not to mention the people who's installed them did a terrible job caulking, it is a sloppy mess. They addressed the issue with "we will clean it up", and all they did was slap more caulking over it instead of fixing it the right way.

We also purchased a sliding patio door and screen door from them, when they installed the door the screen was broke. They told us they would order a new screen door that day and call us when it came in. That was over a month ago. No one has ever called and we are still waiting on an answer for the screen door we have already paid for.

Now we have to sink more money into finding a solution with the flies and still wait on our screen door. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

They recently replaced all my windows and a patio door that were extremely old! They did great with communication and installation. My house is now heated well and very insulated where it was very hard to keep my house heated before. They did an excellent job and will be contacting them again soon to replace another old patio door!

St Albans sent out a repair man to check a leaking window. Was at my home exactly the time specified. Very professional and completed the repair in a short amount of time. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was needing a good storm door and Stephanie took me through all the models, features, and things that make their products a cut above the big box stores. A few years back I had many windows and a door replaced and was very impressed with the crew and the products. Why I didn’t get a storm door then I have no idea. But I picked out one that looked best and fit my needs. Some people may scoff at the price of paying someone to do the work they could do themselves, but they don’t add up all the extra costs involved in doing a quality installation and included extras.Then you will see how competitive the total cost is. And their products have a guarantee . Parts and labor on most everything. I like supporting my local businesses. They happily answer any questions and address any issues you may have.Give them a look for all your windows and doors, A great company to do business with. And I didn’t get a cut, bruise, or add any new words to my vocabulary .

Can't leave a comment on recent product. We used them on our 1st home when we renovated and on our 2nd home when we built, we were pleased. Tried using for current renovation. Have been waiting for over 2 months just to get the estimate! Keep being told will have it tomorrow. So unprofessional..will never use or recommend again.

We recently had our front door and side lights replaced. We were always happy with the window replacement jobs they had previously done for us over the years, so they were our first choice. We had heard lots of stories about the big box stores and did not want to get into that for our front door. They were very professional and came back as promised to add a bit of woodwork to the bottom of the sidelights. They did a great job with the replacement. We barely had any touch up paint to do and the door color is beautiful. The door even came in a lot sooner than we thought. So we highly recommend SA Window. We will use again if needed.

We went with St. Albans Window because we knew they were a quality business, and ordered a steel door. The cost estimate was higher than the big-box stores, so I was somewhat nervous about that. The quality turned out to be twice as good and John the installer did a great job. We are thrilled and wouldn't use anyone else.

We have have used St Albans windows multiple time in the past. They installed new windows in our old house in Huntington and recently they did all new windows and siding on our current house!!! We called them this time because they did such a great job the last time we hired them.

We used this business to have windows replaced in our rental property. They gave us a fair price and they did a good job on the install.

Not a very good place to conduct business! Frist time I scheduled an estimate no one ever showed up called back rescheduled someone came out gave estimate made an appointment to have installation done guess what no one ever showed up I called the lady said they were rained out I said why didn’t no one bother to call and tell me this. I have now lost 3 days of work wateing on this company now will loose another day for installation again. Will not be a returning customer!

My husband and I had a sunroom built last year by St. Albans Windows. We were, and are, very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the staff. This room has brought us so much pleasure as we can see outside and enjoy the outdoors, and are are away from the elements. It is heated and cooled, therefore making it a four season room. Everyone who has seen our sunroom loves it, and we have used it to entertain and have Bible studies in it. We have waited 11 months for installation repairs to be made as well as for the breakages in our siding to be repaired that were not mentioned to us during installation. While at our home for installation the installers left cigarette butts scattered over our property (where our children play) and spent more time on break then actually installing the windows. Two windows were installed improperly and still have not been fixed and they never brought us two screens for our windows. We have called management countless times and they still delay to repair the damage they have caused. For your own sanity and the value of your home take your business elsewhere!

St. Albans windows called and asked why a bad review. I told them and a man came out and looked at the job came back today and did an excellant job on the window wrap and caulking. Thank you very much!! Much improved!

My wife and I received our front and back door a few months ago. We were both very pleased and impressed with the work. The doors added to the exterior of our home in looks and value. The men who did the install had great workmanship and professionalism.

I had 8 windows replaced in a 1925 four square. The windows were an odd size but SA Windows custom made them. Total was $4040 for 8 windows installed. Outstanding job!!!

Matt & Jerry installed 2 new Patio Sliding Doors for Teresa & I. These 2 Guys are GREAT! Very neat with their work, they quality of work was top shelve. The doors are excellent in quality and their pricing was very fair. When they finished with the job, they ask if I was satisfied and if I had any questions. Their work areas and all of their job debris was clean & removed.
