I am a competitor of this business. I am an IBHS Fortified Roof Certified Company and have completed over 150 Fortified Roofs to date. I also won the 2020 Pioneer Award from the IBHS for my efforts. A representative of this company called my office, lied to my staff, and wanted information on a Fortified roof because they had been told they could get a discount for their Homeowners insurance. I returned the call and got a voice mail identifying this company. When I researched the contact name and phone number it was verified to be this business. I returned the call and rather than being honest and ask me professional to professional, questions about the program, he lied to me as well. When I began to hold him accountable and asked why he didn't do his due diligence and research it for himself, and why was he lying and trying to get me, through deception to provide information, he used terrible language, called me names and hung up on me. SO, I would be hesitant to pursue this contractor who uses deception and is not qualified to provide the Fortified roof system....... Deception has given our industry a bad name for a long time. Those of us trying to break away from that stigmatism don't appreciate the lies and deception of competitors....

He came out quickly and was very knowledgeable about roofing. The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time, He got along with my wife. Repairs always cost more than you would like but I feel the value was good.

I ultimately had them replace the entire roof and remove the chimney, They were able to complete it in one day and the roof is beautiful, I'm now in iscussions about replacing my siding.

Greg came the day I called him and checked my roof. Gave me a good price and had it on by the end of the week. Very satisfied with my roof and will recommend them.
