Steven and his crew are the BEST! They’re incredibly knowledgeable about everything from construction to landscaping. I have two large gardens, and they connected a water system from the pond on our land to provide natural irrigation. This is something I wouldn’t have even known was possible without S&S Development. I’ve also hired them for a roof replacement and a full interior painting project. They work quickly and deliver impeccable results. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.

Steve and his team completed an addition on our home (2 beds, office and bathroom) in 2022. Great quality, competitve pricing and he finished on budget and on time. He also advised us on the concept that we ended up going with over 2 designs completed by architecture firms. Very professional team and subcontractors. He stood by his work as well. There was one minor issue with a custom fence his team built and he came back to our home 60 days after the project was completed to resolve the issue within 2 days of my request. Very well done! We'll use him again on future projects.
