They were early which was amazing and Karl and Patrick could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.
I thought Miles was very quick to explain and then was even quicker to remedy their chimney maintenance.
Now our chimney is clean, safe, and working properly. I appreciated the advice on how to burn properly and care for the chimney.
Their insulation crew replaced the old attic insulation, and the pest control specialist treated important areas.
He's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

SS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Inspection Services PA delivered fantastic service when we needed a dryer vent inspection. Gabriel found an alarming amount of lint build up during his inspection and explained how it could have easily caused a fire. He completed the dryer vent repair with great attention to detail. He also gave us helpful tips on regular maintenance and how often to schedule professional cleanings. I’m really glad we chose This company is very responsive, honest, and professional. I feel much safer knowing our vent system is in great shape.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to SS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Inspection Services PA. We were originally scheduled for Chimney inspection and cleaning maintenance in early, but Peter who is wonderful promised they would think of us if there were any cancellations before the Holiday which we know is their busiest time of year. We got a call yesterday that there was an opening and their chimney team would be at our home the next day. They were early which was amazing and Karl and Patrick could not have been more pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. They did an excellent job.

I was very pleased with the service I received from SS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Inspection Services PA. Miles came to do an inspection on the chimney and immediately saw creosote buildup that needed to be removed because it was hazardous. He also found a small leak that needed chimney repair. I thought Miles was very quick to explain and then was even quicker to remedy their chimney maintenance. Their process is very orderly and painless. The job was completed, without any mess, and now my fireplace is working beautiful. I would use them again anytime and recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about SS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Inspection Services PA. Oliver was on time, kind, and really knew his stuff. We called for a chimney inspection, and he quickly discovered a dangerous situation with creosote build up. He also noted some minor issues which needed chimney repair, which we did not even notice. He explained everything with pictures and got to work to complete the job in a timely manner. Now our chimney is clean, safe, and working properly. I appreciated the advice on how to burn properly and care for the chimney so we can avoid further issues. I will definitely recommend SS Chimney Cleaning Company to friends and family. The kind of service you hope for but very seldom receive.

Excellent one-stop service from! from SS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Inspection Services PA. Mold removal made the house safer, while dryer vent cleaning increased ventilation. The masonry contractor produced high-quality, long-lasting work. My wood stove and gas fireplace both function and appear brand new. My heating expenditures have already decreased thanks to the attic insulation, and termite control was quick and efficient!

All of our needs were met and more by SS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Inspection Services PA. They fixed and cleaned our chimney, reconditioned the dryer vent and air ducts, and restarted the gas fireplace. Their insulation crew replaced the old attic insulation, and the pest control specialist treated important areas and blocked off entryways. Even a minor leak in the roof was fixed. How much was accomplished in two days astounded us. Cost-effective and hassle-free was the bundled service. Their team worked with professionalism and care.
