These idiots stood on the front porch of the wrong house for 15 minutes until I went and got them. Then they stood around for another hour not doing anything. Then they came to the door and asked me if they could put all the supplies in the driveway instead of on the roof. I asked them if that's where the roofer told them to put it. They said yes. I verified again. They said yes. There was no miscommunication.
After they unloaded everything the roofer called and I told him American Roofing Supply put the materials in plain sight in the driveway and they said they verified with him. That was lie. They didn't even call the roofer. I yelled at them and told them they lied to me. Twice. Don't think it mattered. After they left we had to move all the expensive supplies behind the fence or in the house so they wouldn't get stolen. They left their trash in the yard and street too.
If I could give 10 stars to Peter Babb and his team, I would. A lot of suppliers focus on the big commercial players, but very few help the commercial underdogs in any way they can. Peter has helped my company with personalized attention, prompt responses, and educating our team on the best ways for growth. He helped us conduct a school tear-off, and everything was successfully completed because of his willingness to be there for us. Thank you for your vote of confidence, Peter. We will definitely be an SRS-American Roofing Supply customer for a very long time!
