Joseph, Charles, and Carlos were very friendly and efficient. They had to deliver the materials on a Saturday, which is usually a day they are closed, but from start to finish they had the truck unloaded in about an hour.

Joseph was very communicative.
Charles and Carlos were super efficient and quick when it came to offloading the material.

Nice to deal with grown men who aren't afraid of handshakes or a little hard work..

They will take care of you fast, but the dock is on the side of the road.
So be careful with traffic when you backing to the dock

Driver this morning cutting people off off at 72nd and Kipling. What happened cdl drivers being professional drivers. I being a cdl driver wouldn't risk hurrying and possibly killing people in a large truck just to make a delivery faster. It makes me wonder if their drivers even have a cdl. These people are dangerous and putting others lives at risk

This place is amazing! I walked in on Tuesday, picked my products and they were delivered roof top on Wednesday. Pretty incredible! Would highly recommend!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have. They are consistently quick with getting materials. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so. Top notch service!!

Truck drivers beware! Baracades were put up by neighbors to make backing into the dock much harder. Their own employees park in the driveway next to the dock instead of in marked parking places. Making your job even harder. When I asked the employees nicely "if he could move his pickup so I don't have to worry about hitting it" & pointed out there was a empty parking space. (actually 4 empty spaces while I looked after getting into the dock). The employee started walking back to his pickup but then decided not to move it after all. Their employees clearly don't appreciate us bringing them their products to sell.

When you get here, park over at the building across the street and walk in to check in. Was a little difficult to back in from the street because of all the traffic. Appt at 0700, out with paperwork by 0900. Great people,.

When I'm looking for obscure or large quantity orders last minute, when I'm working on sunday and no one else is there for the roofers, American RS has always been there to help me.
We have had our troubles from time to time but when you need dedicated reliable professionals who know 101 terms for anything, or need the most insane material no one has even joked about in a decade, American is right there with a roll, 7 days a week.

They are 2 hours out of my way and STILL I think of them before I even consider my local suppliers.

So this place is formerly known as American Roofing supply. They just changed their name for rebranding I guess. Same people behind the desk. Same great service. With a wide selection of roofing products.

American Roofing Supply did a great job on a large apartment building. On time delivery, accurately shipped, and Safely Loaded. Great to have solid supply team backing us up.

Seems like one of the front desk associates there needs a different role . I will never shop there again. Disappointed in the fact they can't spare an additional 10 secs of their time to help you match a product that's similar to it's competitors. Much less show you any samples. To bad they are the only supply house I know that's opened on Saturday.
