I came to make the delivery, and it was quick – unloading took 30 minutes. The people were polite, but the place was a bit tight for a 53ft trailer.

Junky company. Instructs their drivers to drive at 4 am with bipping noises in the neighborhoods, wake up people, unoad the truck for half an hour driving around people's cars, park next to the houses instead of big street (which 10 feet away from the small street and empty). Their dumb driver on a 20 feet loaded truck tried to monuver between 3 cars on the narrow street using noisy signal. Instead of just park on a big empty street right next to it, I can even imagine this company dumb owner. Don't be a greedy piece of junk. Think about people, not your profits. Work during the day, not night. Don't pretend on your 10% loaded truck that you are oil rig owner working in the middle of the night. Not even mentioning that the street was blocked for 40 minutes.

Southern Shingles is a rock solid distributor! I have always had a great experience working with my rep Drew Smith, but until today I had not actually been inside this location.. I needed to pick up samples and their sample board rooms are some of the best I've seen. The rest of the on-site staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

If your trying to decide who to use as a distributor and really a "business partner", I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Thanks Drew and the rest of the SRS staff for always being top-notch!

So much for delivery appointments. After reading their reviews prior to accepting load thought they would be different than the rest. Nope! I'm the only truck here and am already 2 hrs past my appointment. Forklift drivers keep zooming back and forth past me and don't even acknowledge that I'm here or let me know an ETA or anything. Like I'm an invisible nuisance!
****update**** back 2 yrs later because I obviously forget about this place and SOS. One truck in front of me when I got here and it is over an hour later and I'm still sitting here waiting. Guess in another two years I'll forget about this place again and make the mistake by accepting a load back here.
