They are the best anyone can ask for. My property suffered from hail damage and I was looking for a roofer to fix everything - replace roof, gutter, downspouts, fix fence, window screens, etc. Manu and team were a blessing and came highly recommended from an acquaintance.

I texted Manu in the evening and he and his team arrived the very next day morning. They did a thorough survey and guided me very well through the next steps. Manu personally came when the insurance adjuster stopped by to do the inspection and was ensuring that all damage was recorded and paid for by the insurance.

Manu and team (Tony, Kevin, Mike and others) were extremely professional and very prompt in responding to messages. Manu also obtained the permit from city. I did not have to worry about anything. Manu went above and beyond to ensure a smooth journey for me and ensured that everything in my house was fixed.

The roof work had to be rescheduled multiple times due to bad weather. Manu was very patient and cooperated each time without any arguments.

The entire process was very transparent. The pricing was extremely good and no hidden fees/cutting corners. The material was delivered to my door a day in advance so I could verify that it was high quality material.

The staff arrived on time and was very efficient in handling the task. I had some constraints due to which some of the work had to be done on a weekend, but Manu and team did it without any complaints.

Some more patch up was needed after the main work was completed and Manu sent his workers to fix it ASAP without any arguments or extra costs.

They also offer a 5 year workmanship warranty.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me. Throughout the process he ensured that I understood everything that was being done, guided me through different procedures and ensured I was fully satisfied with the work.

I recently replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts, and had to repair and paint my fence and portions of siding on the house after a recent storm. Manu was great to work with. He fully understood the process, worked with my insurance company, and took care of things every step of the way - making everything go smoothly. He does a quality job and works with all of the top roofing brands and materials, allowing us to choose what we wanted for the roof.

Topman Quality Roofing replaced our roof couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with their field crew, they came early morning around 6:00 AM, since the team was about 15 people they were able to remove the old shingles, they also found that the previous roofing company had not removed the earlier felt, this team removed both the layers of felt and replaced the shingles the same day by 4PM. I was even more impressed when the complete team went around the house, with the magentic nail catchers, and ensured not even 1 nail was in our yard. Topman also ensured all the neighboring yards, and our windows were well protected during the roof replacement. I highly recommend the company. Tony is an exceptional manager, who was fully present during the whole time, making the whole process very transparent, pain free and risk free.
