We just finished our latest project with Precision Outdoors and could not be happier with the results! We did our first project with the team about 3 years ago and decided to add on to it with an extended patio with covered pergola and outdoor kitchen. Rafi and the team were professional, respectful of our property throughout the entire build, and we'd highly recommend them for anyone thinking of a similar project with their home!

We absolutely loved Rafi and the concepts he laid out for us when we called him out to quote us an outdoor living space. He was never pushy at all and was always attentive and listened to our wants and needs for an outdoor living space. He took our feedback and provided concepts he felt would meet our needs and boy did he hit it out of the park! His team was absolutely phenomenal to work with, was always there to answer any questions and concerns we had along the process and we are absolutely in love with our outdoor new living space! Rafi and team executed the project well and we are quite pleased with the finished product. A few minor obstacles (staining of cedar and beams)were encountered, but were quickly identified and resolved to our satisfaction. Excellent quality and would highly recommend.

We recently worked with Precision Outdoors to redesign our backyard living space, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final result. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. After interviewing and receiving quotes from almost ten companies, we decided to trust Precision Outdoors to build our pergola. There were two major reasons for our decision. First was the reviews from their customers. All of their customers were quite satisfied with the quality of the work performed by Precision Outdoors. That meant a lot to us having done several major remodeling on our previous houses. Second reason was our rapport with Rafi. He understood what we wanted and offered good suggestions. Another thing we really liked was that Rafi told us Precision Outdoors believed in doing everything by the book including having each step inspected and approved by the city. Not all of the companies believed in doing that which concerned us.

Although the whole process took longer than expected because of their busy schedule, mother nature, and the city, we could not be happier with our pergola. The pergola is built beautifully and is very functional. Rafi had suggested increased height, skypoly, and gutter and all of his suggestions improved our initial design. Throughout the process, Rafi was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. We would definitely trust Precision Outdoors again with any other project for our house.

Listen, do yourself a favour and call Rafi at Precision Outdoors. We bought a beautiful home, but the back patio was unusable in the summer because of the heat and the living room was stiflingly hot. With two dogs and one that likes to dig holes we had a ridiculous amount of maintenance keeping the back space functional. We added the cedar pergola with sun blocking smoke panels, built in bistro lights, three outdoor fans, power for a tv, outdoor kitchen, new gutters with a french drain AND pet proof turf with new edging! Rafi’s team is unbelievably fast and professional. They worked nonstop for eight hours and left the yard immaculate. When Rafi comes to your house, just do what he says, it is WORTH IT! We already have a third project in the works for the green fence and I can’t wait to get started!

We recently used Precision Outdoors for an extremely large project on our house that was built in the 1980s. The project consisted of redoing and reconfiguring the pool, adding a concrete patio around the pool, redoing the existing driveway and adding circle driveway in front, converting our 2 car garage into a bedroom, adding an addition for a master bathroom and pool bathroom, adding an attached 3 car garage, covering a small patio, adding a large covered patio, adding an outdoor kitchen, replacing the shingles on the roof and painting the exterior of the house. If that wasn’t enough, we had some special requirements that all of it needed to be wheelchair accessible.

The entire team at Precision Outdoors were great to work. Rafi, Josh, Pedro, Juan, and Ken were all very professional and the quality of work is top notch. Rafi was extremely patient and responsive to all of our requests. Even with a few unexpected challenges, Precision Outdoors handled them efficiently and kept us informed every step of the way. If you are looking for a company that can design out a vision for your dream backyard you’ve come to the right place. I worked with Rafi and from day 1 of responding to my inquiry, he was super attentive, approachable, fair and timely with the communication. He has great vision. I can’t say enough about the workers and their workmanship. You get what you pay for and this was definitely a good thing in this case. Every detail of material they use is for a reason and is quality material. No cheap workarounds.

From concept/design to execution everything was A+. What you read in prior reviews was all true. They are timely. Clean up each day after they finish working. The workers and contractors they work with were all super nice and professional. We are so excited about the finished product. We can’t say enough about our experience working with Rafi and Precision Outdoors. He custom-built a fire pit to match our outdoor kitchen area and worked really hard to make our vision a reality. More recently we extended our driveway to accommodate another car and Rafi made sure it and the surrounding turf were perfect. He also replaced our demolished mailbox within a week and it looks far better than the original. Everyone on the team to the management is extremely professional, polite, and konwledgable about the work they do. This was a complex project with over 1450 sqft of composite decking with a pool that needed custom cuts for a seamless transition. The work they perfomed was exactly the way we had envisioned and designed. They took time to take extra steps to ensure the deck will last for many years to come and delivers to our specs. At first I was concered at the cost of the job, however the team delivered on budget without nickel & diming for small extras. In the end their craftsmanship and work are worth every penny and I have some additional projects I will be using them for in the near future. There are few contractors who can deliver the same way these guys do and I highly recommend them.

Precision Outdoors turned our bleak 10x10 concrete slab patio into a beautiful outdoor space with a considerably larger flagstone patio and pergola. The tinted Polygal pergola cover does wonders against the Texas sun and allows enjoyment of our gorgeous new outdoor living space, rain or shine!

Quick and easy install. The communication with the owners and staff was top-notch. When you hire a contractor, there’s always the fear that people will stop talking to you midway through the job, but that definitely wasn’t the case! We always knew where we were in the process. It was almost impossible to find someone to build a simple but heavy duty modern pergola with a skylift system until we found Josh from Precision Outdoors. He has been very professional, patient, communicated well, and extremely easy to work with. We researched the company and found it not only legitimate but very reputable, with great reviews. His very meticulous crew had the expertise with installing the skylift product we were wanting. On installation day, they showed up on time, really listened to us, explained the different options, and advised us accordingly. I was impressed with the quality hardware used and how carefully they installed the roof mounting and flashing and that they had employed a roof specialist on site to do the job. Josh called or texted me at every turn. I never had questions that couldn’t be answered or was left not knowing what the next step entailed.

Our yard was basically destroyed by the freeze in early 2021. It gave us an opportunity to recreate something new so we had Josh build us a courtyard. We have a Mediterranean style home so was appropriate. We LOVE the results. So much that we will be contracting Josh for a few new projects in future! Precision Outdoors answers their phone!! They coordinated an atypical project with my schedule. Precision Outdoors removed a pergola built by previous home owners. Staff were professional, worked efficiently and end results were high quality. Precision Outdoors also organized a roofing company to further repair roof damage from the previously mentioned pergola. If you need a backyard project/pergola done I strongly recommend you call Precision Outdoors.
