Tyler came out accessed some damage, made some suggestions. Had him come out and fix the suggestions to give me time to save for a new roof. He was very courteous and kept me up on the status while working on my roof. Even went as far as to take pictures of all the completed work. I have used Garrett at Gregory Group Roofing for 3 different homes now and continue using him because of his integrity and reliability. I can’t recommend Garrett from Gregory roofing enough. He took the time to meet the insurance adjuster at my house to make sure everything that was on my list of concerns was covered. I was nervous to switch my shingles and gutters to black since my siding is a greyish blue with white trim. Garrett assured me it would look great, even took the time to get the opinion from other company employees as well as show me examples and he was BEYOND right! They look amazing! They showed up right on the dot for the estimated time to start and began working quick and efficiently, even laying tarps down to catch any debris from the roof and disposed multiple times. Garrett remained on the premises the entire time so I could talk to him and ask questions any time something arose. They came out the following business day to do the gutters. The guy doing the gutters even was thoughtful enough to move one of the downspouts from the front of the white pillar to a location on the brick so it would blend better. I am beyond excited and I know you would have a good experience with them no matter who helps you but requesting Garrett will definitely make your experience top notch & will guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I wish I good give 6 stars! Tyler is the utmost professional to work with. After the (free) inspection, Tyler took the time to explain everything and gave his recommendations. So appreciative that he didn’t try to pressure me into anything and was very knowledgeable. You can tell this is his full time job and not one of those weird roof companies that bombard you after a storm for a quick sale. I will be recommending to friends and family!

The Gregory Group was referred to me by a friend. I needed my roof inspected to see if I had an insurance claim to get it replaced. It’s so hard to trust these roofers that swarm in after a bad storm and promise they will get the insurance to approve you and do it for a great price. I waited five months to call because I just dread insurance claims and have such a hard time trusting anyone these days.
I must say that the Gregory Group put all my fears aside and blew me away with their professionalism and eye for detail. They completely took over all communication with the insurance company (Nationwide) and I was so relieved! They got me approved and even got my screen door, and garage door approved for replacement as well. I cannot thank them enough.
The roof is gorgeous and is so well constructed. I couldn’t have asked for more. When you call ask for Waylon to assist you. He is who helped me and he’s a bulldog with the insurance company. So many insurance companies are refusing roof claims these days. Not with Waylon! He knows what he’s doing! Another thing I noticed… during the entire job they had a supervisor on site. He was watching every move the roofers were doing and reported personally to me and my husband as the job progressed. I was blown away! Call them, you won’t be sorry you did.

Tyler and team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided a quick reply after i left an inquiry about my roof. I will provide an update later when the work is finished, but i am 100% positive i will be using them to redo my DR Horton hack job of a roof.
