Yo recomiendo a Sr builder por hacer un trabajo confiable y responsable. Estoy muy contento con mi techo, se ve genial, cuentan con un recurso humano excelente, no tengo ninguna opinion negativa acerca de ellos.

Estoy muy contento con el trabajo realizado, desde el primero que vino a ofrecerme el servicio hasta Oscar y su equipo de rooferos. Antes otros intentaron y no lo lograron, pero esta compañia le devolvio la tranquilidad y seguridad a mi familia. Los recomiendo!!!

Me siento muy feliz con el resultado del trabajo, mi techo se ve excelente.Solo quiero hacerles una sugerencia: que busquen una ayuda legal en los casos que la aseguranza no quiera contestar y se estanquen los procesos. Un modelo de arbitraje por medio de un abogado les podria servir, de esta manera pueden hacer que sus procesos avancen.

Pero excelente trabajo los recomiendo ampliamente.

La verdad estoy muy feliz con mi techo, gente cumplida, responsable, hicieron un trabajo muy limpio… el color de mi techo quedó perfecto, no acostumbro a recomendar a nadie, pero esta compañía vale la pena recomendar.

Estoy contento por el buen trabajo que hizo la compañía, cumplieron con los tiempos acordados, son profesionales, los chingones de las Vegas en Roofing... Recomendados.

Avoid this company! They showed up at my mother's home who happens to be elderly and only spanish speaking. They said they could provide her with a free estimate. They persuaded her to sign a document under false pretenses claiming she had to sign for her to get an estimate. They continuously harassed her for weeks and continuously called her insurance company. Mind you the insurance company even thought something was off with this company because they were continuously calling them directly. After all of that my mom realized something wasn't right with their behavior that seemed so desperate. They continuously called her and said they were going to sue her because she didn't give them the deposit the insurance company had sent her. Fast forward to a year later and now they are suing her for $1,500 because they got on her roof to give the estimate. Mind you they promote providing free estimates on their website. They harass and target the elderly.

I will recommend it to anyone that is looking to replace Shingles to their home. They are reliable honest and her working company. SR BUILDERS were friendly and very professional. They worked with my crazy schedule, followed the promised schedule, and did an excellent job. Not to mention, they dealt with my insurance company for me and got the whole roof approval. I just had to pay the deductible... YAY!!!! Highly recommend! Oscar and his whole team rocked it!

Please educate your people in the field what a "no soliciting" sign means. Many people do not want to be disturbed at home, that is why we put up a sign. This morning I awoke to a flyer for your company placed on my door right next to the very large no soliciting sign. Please teach your people to steer clear of houses with "no soliciting" signs!

Unlike previous reviews I can’t say the same about this company. I have been the one to be to process my claim through insurance, get them paid because they are incompetent in getting things done at office level. I been having water leaks and I called to inform them, they send an inspector, but since then I have not been followed up on. I call the office they never answer and if they do they say they will need to check and claim they will return the call in 3 minutes. They don’t call back! I have also reach out by email and nothing. I will never do business with them again or recommend their service.

Al fin encontré uña compañía que en realidad sabe hacer su trabajo . Los recomiendo 100% ya me habían hecho reclamos con otras compañías y no habían podido. Con ellos pague el deducible y hicieron todo el proceso de reclamo ganando la reparación del 100% del techo
