I am a real estate investor and I hired Square Footage to do some renovation work on a 1920’s craftsman home. In the beginning I just needed Tommy and his team to do some painting (interior and exterior), take a wall down, and do some kitchen and bath renovations. As we began work we noticed some major problems in the home and realized this was going to be a full gut job. Tommy got right to work and had his crew working full time on my house. He worked tirelessly to get all the old lathe and player walls demoed, rerun new electrical through the entire home, new plumbing and hvac. With a home this old we had lots of issues and Tommy had a quality solution for everything and helped me stay on budget… which is very important to an investor! The lump of coal we started with was turned into a diamond! Tommy and his crew did an amazing job on my renovation and I will trust him with future projects.

Highly recommend Square Footage Maintenance and Remodeling. They removed existing wooden deck and replaced with composite deck with metal railings. Workmanship is excellent.

Amanda and Amy replaced rotted wood on our large shed with covered patio areas, then painted the shed and stained the rafters and posts on the patio covers. They also sealed areas on the metal roof to prevent water damage. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend Amanda and Amy!

My experience with Square Footage Remodeling was amazing. They are professional, extremely knowledgable and allow the customer to have creative involvement, while guiding them with the experience of a professional of over 20 years in the field. I had molding added to my kitchen, living and dinning areas, my oven encased, painting throughout the whole house, entire bathroom remodels, new lighting, as well as some much needed plumbing work done. I believe if you need it created, built, or replaced that they can get it done. The work is executed in a pristine and timely fashion. They are transparent and communicate the process very well.
