We can’t say enough positive things about Square One Construction. We worked with Brandon Tate throughout the process of having to replace a roof on our home. Brandon responded immediately and had a crew out to our home on the same day to patch and protect our home from further damage. Upon determining that we needed a total roof replacement, Brandon ordered the materials on a Saturday and the shingles were delivered that Monday. His crew put our roof on the following day. The crew was extremely careful and covered our landscaping for protection and was contentious about making sure every nail was removed around the perimeter of our home. We also had damage to an exterior garage. Brandon made sure that all replacement colors were an exact match. Brandon Tate does what he says he’s going to do and is fair and honest. He made sure we had a great quality replacement roof and saved us a lot of money. Thank you to Brandon Tate and Square One Construction for your honesty, integrity, and efficiency. It’s great to know there are still honest people like Brandon and companies that listen to their customers. We highly recommend them for all your construction needs.

Storm messed up our roof. When we called, they came and tarped up the roof quickly. Tore off old roof, fixed damages areas, and completed roof in one day. They cleaned up quickly and was done in no time. The new roof looks amazing. Very professional and friendly. Thank you for your service.

I had a lot of water damage and Brandon had a crew to come in take over, I didn’t have to do anything. I highly recommend this company I would definitely use them again! Excellent quality work!

Brandon Tate did a good job on my house that had caught on fire. If we wanted something done he made sure that it was done. If the paint wasn't right, they made sure to go back and make sure it was corrected. There's nothing I can say that is bad about Mr. Tate, but I can say one thing. We have been in the house almost month, and the linoleum flooring in the kitchen has a bubble. It has yet to be replaced. Some of the quarter roll in the kitchen are still loose and will fall off, because the contractor he referred did not complete the job. I do not have any complaints other the kitchen floor.

If you need flooring done in your home you must use these guys!! Brandon and his crew are top notch!!

Every person he sent to put back my home after the tornado in March 2020 were skilled, on time and extremely professional. Every request I made was done, every effort was made to insure my comfort and safety. The craftsmanship is top rate.

My chimney and roof were replaced immediately after the storm, as of this writing, many homes on my street still need roofs. Currently, my house is very close to completion, and looks unaffected by the storm.

I also have another property nearby that they did an equally excellent job.

Brandon, Square one, and his whole crew took care of my family in our most time of need, after the fire the house was a total loss, square one did an awesome job on disposing the burnt and building the house back new, would highly recommend.

A few weeks after I moved to a new home, a dishwasher leak caused excessive water damage with mold growing on the drywall. Neither the builder nor the dishwasher manufacturer would accept responsibility for the damages. My insurance company sent me Brandon Tate and his team from Square 1 Construction. From the first step of assessing the damage, through the demolition process, on to final re-construction, Brandon's team was fabulous. They stayed on schedule, followed through with their promises and treated my house as if it were top priority. When I had questions, they were patient and offered easy to understand answers.
I highly recommend Square 1 Construction because they do good work and they understand the value of customer service (which is hard to find these days).

I have worked with other construction companies in the past and never been satisfied with results. Brandon Tate was very easy to work with and finished project was outstanding. This was a total house renovation. All the team members were very professional but not only that the work was fantastic. I would recommend anyone needing repairs contact Brandon!

Square 1 Construction did a great job on my daughter's house repairing water damage due to broken lines on the water heater under the house. They were quick to be on the job and had several guys taken care of every issue. He went above and beyond what we thought he was required to do.

3 wks later it turned out that I needed him to repair damage for a grease fire at one of my rentals.
Again he was there quickly and had his crew scheduled the next day already tearing out the damage
and cleaning. He turns a bad situation into a good outcome.
