Not sure what’s going on with this outfit but look elsewhere if you need any construction work. Have called 5 times, left two messages and only get an answering machine with no call back. If you are already using them do NOT pay in full until punch-list is complete otherwise it will never be done. While the work was acceptable, know that they do not have their own crews and everything is subcontracted and in some cases even sub-sub contracted. You have no idea who is actually working on your project. There were so many problems and issues from having the project manager quit in the middle of the repairs to movers showing up a day early. Many more issues too numerous to list. Very disappointed and would never recommend them.
Jenson, and the SPWC team is incredible. Highly recommend - they were always on time, great communication and were able to take what I was looking for - and make it so much better!
