Ahmed did a great job of dealing with insurance company. He was very professional and always keep us up dated and what to expect.

There aren't enough words to say how pleased I am with Spurdev and namely Ahmed. I get choked up thinking about everything that happened and how he was literally there every step of the way! Besides the mental aspect, my house is BEAUTIFUL!!! Shout out to that team that rebuilt our home and also a special THANK YOU to Kiritu, I appreciate you as well! Spurdev Restoration truly came to Lite & Barricade’s rescue! During one of Dallas’s cold weather events, when temperatures were below freezing during the holiday season, we were informed there was water leaking from our brand-new corporate building. A pipe had frozen and broken, water was leaking throughout the building and outside. It was a total mess and so sad to see since we had just got settled in. We immediately started trying to find someone to come out and help, but we weren’t the only ones in need. We reached Spurdev Restoration they were able to come out as quickly as they could. They immediately begin pumping the water out and drying it out. They figured out what we needed to remove or replace, and got it done. They made the restoration process easy, helping us bring our offices back to brand new, with their hard work and dedication. I am writing this review of Spurdev Restoration and Project Manager Ahmed. My repairs were very extensive and required a full interior "gutting" of the entire home from attic to floor. I will start by saying the customer service was top notch and no question or concern I had was overlooked or brushed away. He responded in a timely manner and walk me through his response and action taken. I had never been through something like this, and his calm and polite demeanor was much appreciated. His crew adapt quickly to schedule changes and met most deadlines, the only issues were with things everyone was dealing with supply chain issues. The company has been exceptionally accommodating when dealing with issues during the repair of my property. The quality of work performed was first class. I am extremely happy with the work performed and the transformation of a burned-out shell of a build, back into a beautiful home that looks better than it did before. I highly recommend Ahmed and Spurdev Restoration, and they will be the only company I call if I or someone I know needs this type of work in the future.

Fortunately most people will never have to deal with a large fire loss but if you do it can be an overwhelming experience when it comes to all the information you have to deal with involving insurance claims and who to contact and what steps to take next. Working with Ahmed and his team at Spurdev Restoration has been a positive experience.....very professional and always willing to help and answer questions to help guide you through the process. They have a lot of experience to draw on to help guide you along the way back to normal.

I only wish I would of found Spurdev sooner! After a horrible experience with a previous contractor that only took advantage of me and stole money I was recommended to Spurdev. Ahmed has been nothing but helpful in this stressful process; I cannot not express how grateful we are for all his help. Not only has he put my mind at ease thru this process but this workmanship and professionalism is beyond what I could of imagined. My house looks better than I could of ever hoped for. Spurderv Restoration assisted us after a devastating fire last July. Their professionalism and the quality of their work was excellent. So glad that we selected them to restore our home. It is beautiful!

Our neighborhood had a Home fire in July 2019. Spurdev Restoration was appointed the contract to totally restore this home. My husband is President for our HOA, and I am the Treasurer. We worked with their representative, Ahmed, on many occasions regarding the various Architectural Control Committee Applications that were required.

He met with our Board personally to learn the requirements. He never failed to stay in contact with us, or to get the applications to the Committee timely. It took nearly 10 months from fire to total completion and moving back home for the family involved. There were many hurdles that extended the time: insurance approvals, engineering designs, city permits, city inspections, etc., etc. They finally began in October 2019.

While our HOA had no involvement with the selection of this company, it was a pleasure to work with them. From the HOA's perspective, their professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality with regard to meeting the HOA requirements was excellent.

It's been a long time since a company has been professional ,on time and the quality of work was excellent I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of renovation. GREAT JOB!

We suffered a great loss in Feb. SPURDEV restoration was right there every step of the way. My husband and myself were scared because of past contractors misleading and claiming to be working in our best interest. We shared that and they gave us there word that we would be involved every step of the way. They walked us through everything. They made no decision concerning the house with out consulting with us first. SPURDEV restoration has proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable. The work is awesome from top to bottom. My advise is to ask for references and start to finish pictures from any contractor. If you want a trustworthy company go with SPURDEV restoration.

SPURDEV RESTORATION has truly been a blessing. They did a fantastic job on a fire restoration project and i hired them again due to the recent storn cauding a tree to fall on my house. We had an excellent experience with this company! After an unexpected hot water heater fire, they happened to be in the area repairing another recently burned home. They came over and offered assistance. What could have been a major catastrophe was much less of a hassle because of Spurdev.

Ahmed was of great help with a recent fire we had. Although uninsured he didn't make the family feel inadequate; he stepped right in and suggested ways of getting the house secured, until restoration can begin. We will recommend Spurdev Restoration for future needs. ~Thanks
