Springsteed Roofing

A recent rain storm caused a light bulb to explode in my stairway. I called several roofers to examine my roof. I moved into my home in feburary 2018. I hired a local inspector to go through the house to make sure the condition of the house was good. Springsteed Roofing were the first to come over to check my roof. They were kind and easy to talk to and explained how bad the condition of my roof really is. I was surprised as the inspector had said it was good for another 10 years at least. Other roofers came by and said the same thing that Springsteed Roofing said. I need a new roof very very soon. I am hiring Springsteed Roofing to install my new roof, because of how prompt they were after receiving my phone call and the kindness they showed when telling me the bad news!

Extremely difficult to communicate with. Charged way too much for the minimal amount of work done. I was in a pinch trying to leave for airport and he asked for cash day of work, which I then complied. And then he got mad at me for asking about details of the cost. I would never use this man or his company again.

This company replaced my neighbor's roof. I can't speak to their quality of workmanship, but their cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The entrance to my home business is between my home and my neighbor's. A lot of the roofing material that they removed ended up on my driveway and between the houses, with much of it in front of my business door. On the third day after they began removing the old roof they had still made no effort to clean up. I had to sweep the area myself. If hiring a company that will be a good neighbor is important to you, look further.
