Seth responded to our message, came to our home for a look, and prepared a quote promptly. He gave us a time frame for building our decks and patio door installation and was true to his word. His clear communication was so much appreciated. During construction, Richard, Matt, and Seth kept the work site tidy. They worked quietly and were of good cheer. Seth and company turned our rough sketch into a reality with superior craftsmanship. The attention to detail surprised us. Matt sanded down the corners of the deck boards to create a more finished look. On cleanup, Richard took the time to put the errant pieces of rock back into the pathway. This sort of care is rare these days. One piece of siding was the wrong size and had to be applied after the majority of the work was done. This small finish job was completed as soon as the piece came into the store. We would hire Springer Home Improvement again in a heartbeat.
