I had a very pleasant experience with SpotOn. Conner was my sales person and he was great. Very attentive and explained things clearly. It's been several months now and the roof still looks great. The crew did an excellent job. I would recommend SpotOn Roofing

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. My salesperson was Conner , and he was very polite, knowledgeable, and prompt in getting information that I wanted . The job was completed in one day, and they did a good job cleaning up after the roof was completed. It looks great, and neighbors have commented on how it looks. My salesperson, Conner, kept in contact with me during and after the project. He didn't just sell me a product then disappear like many salespersons do. And I know that if I have any questions, or problems the company and Conner will handle it with professionalism.

This was the most gratifying experience of having a project like the roof done without any problems. Outstanding service overall!! Thank you so much for having my beautiful roof completed in half day. The end result is beautiful, they clean and cleared any debris from the construction as if they were never here. Wow!! Five stars all the way. :)))) lots of compliments from family and neighbors on the new roof!! Bravo!!!!

I just want to say it was a pleasure working with Spot on Roofing and Connor did a great job working with the insurance company. He found the storm damage that was done to the roof. He worked with me and the insurance company to see that I got a new rough put on and a timely manner. The rough looks great and they did a really good job of clean up after it was done. I would highly recommend this company if you needed a roof.

We were looking to replace our roof after taking out our solar panels. We contacted a few different businesses but this was the ONLY one who responded in a timely matter and he was very professional and thorough about our all our options.

Candace and her team are really great to work with! Candace is extremely communicative, knowledgeable and a great advocate for her clients when it comes to working with insurance. After he finished the primary inspection he immediately called my insurance and got the ball rolling for it. This company is very poorly operated, as well as completely and utterly UNORGANIZED! They appear to be operating out of a Worthington, Ohio office, but both times I was there it was empty and unlocked. It's unstaffed and ran by a 24year old (wait 2), who then contacts a cheap Hispanic sub-contractor. I didn't have them work for me, I would NOT TRUST YOUR HOME TO THEM!!

We are very happy with our new roof. It looks great and we are very excited about the services that SpotOn offerd us. Having a wonderful salesperson like Zizo made it so much more enjoyable. If you could say getting a new roof is enjoyable But he did by always checking on us and keeping us updated on everything! . We were happy with the pricing and Izio took special care of our Solar Panels. I think he was a great salesman and I think (hope) we will be friends. I would recommend SpotOn Roofing to anyone who is interested in getting a new roof installed!

This is a great company to deal with, I called them and the next day brack showed up and got right to looking the roof over and gave me a price right away, brack did a great job of explaining to me what would be done and explained the cost , this young man a his helper who's name I can't remember (sorry ) came out and put a tarp on the roof to get me through a storm that night and I appreciated that very much.
A crew came out the following week and Luis and his crew did a terrific job,the roof was on in one day and they cleaned up everything.. I would recommend this company and I plan on using them in the future for gutters..

I am thrilled to provide a 5-star review for our salesperson, Candace P., and the fantastic roof replacement project by SpotOn Roofing! We first met Candace near the end of 2024 when she conducted an inspection on our roof. SpotOn identified some damage, so we decided to proceed through our insurer, Erie. Unfortunately, the adjuster, Todd Pcionek from Erie, didn’t agree with the findings, and just a week later, Erie dropped us as policy holders.

Despite this challenge, Candace went above and beyond to support us every step of the way. The stress caused by the insurance company was overwhelming, but Candace’s patience and dedication made all the difference. She remained understanding, even when I wasn’t the easiest to work with, and provided invaluable guidance. She educated us on the roofing process, explained our options through the Ohio Department of Insurance, and assisted us with filing a case there.

As for the roof itself, the outcome was incredible. The team arrived early, worked tirelessly all day, and finished the next morning. Their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding.

I highly recommend Candace and SpotOn Roofing to anyone dealing with insurance issues—or, like us, navigating the process independently after being dropped. Thank you for making a tough situation so much easier!

Zizo from Spot On Roofing was very professional. He gave a good quote and also found several places that needed repair. After several weather delays they showed up one morning and did all of the work as quoted. The company was good about cleaning up and left upon finishing. I would be happy to recommend them.

Candace was very helpful with giving us a quote and thoroughly explaining what work we might benefit from and what work we would not need as the overall condition of the roof was good. I was impressed by the honest perspective, and not being sold on something we didn’t need.

A couple folks from spoton came around the neighborhood recently doing free inspections. Their inspection led us to an approved insurance claim and a new roof, mostly painless, in a matter of 6 weeks or so from start to finish.
Zizo and the rest of the spoton team walked us through the whole process including working with the insurance company, sorting out our financing, and answering all our questions. Great working with these guys.

Very happy with the decision to use Spot On Roofing as my roofing contractor. From day 1, I received nothing but the best treatment. 24h after my first call I had someone coming over to look at my roof and get the estimate. They repaired my roof completely in 24 hours. Very happy with the results and their attention to detail.

Alexander is a catch! He was so helpful in explaing the insurance process. I usally never open my door to sales people... like ever. However, Alex caught me on a good day and reeled me in with his humor. I highly suggest this company if you're looking for a family- oriented company.

Love this company!! They are legit and highly professional. Shout out to Alex, he came to my home and explained the whole process regarding insurance and pricing. I had a million questions as a new homeowner and he answered them all which I really appreciated. The inspection process was super quick, and the reps will explain AND show what damage they see on your roof. This is different compared to other roofing companies that’ll simply tell you that you have damage and have no evidence to back it up. I am not currently in need of a roof right now, but I still wanted to give them their sale team their props.

Best in the business as far as I’m concerned. They were polite, fast, attentive, tidy, excellent senses of humor will be using them for all my homes.
