Francisco and his crew came on time and they knew their jobs well! They paid close attention to detail and checked out each area in full light in the morning to see if it was perfect. They are very reliable and work well together. No mess was left in the house even at the end of a day when someone was returning the next day. All floors were carefully covered so that nothing was tracked into the house. I am very pleased with their work.

Francisco and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of my brick house, shutters, and porch. They are meticulous in their work and have a keen eye for detail. They kept a tidy and clean job site.

They are honest and have fair pricing. We have even used them again for additional projects. Absolutely cannot say how wonderful of an experience working with them was.

I had my back porch sanded. It had many layers of flaking paint from three or four applications over 23 years. Francisco made it look like brand new wood. It is hard to get businesses to do the minimum of what you expect these days; even harder to get them do just a little better; but virtually impossible to have them perform truly superior work. Spotless performs truly superior work.

Francisco was very punctual and professional with assessing the job and giving us an estimate. We had a few questions after we received his estimate which he answered immediately and thoroughly. He arrived promptly for the work date. He was very neat and clean. And his work is FANTASTIC! I have already recommended him and have already had him look at another job for me. So great to get quality work!

Francisco and his team did such a great job! We have an older house that needed special paint and plaster repair in several rooms and the work turned out like it was brand new. They have exceptional attention to detail and we’re so professional and efficient in the house; the project was a multi day one, but the house was reset to full livability at the end of each day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a paint job, large or small!
