Spot on Pressure Washing

Justin came out to the house and washed the roof shingles. The roof was in terrible shape. We have tan shingles but the north side of the house looked black the mold that grows and lives in the shingle. Original roof 20+ years old. When he was done the roof looks brand new again. He also did concrete power washing in an apartment complex I own. He cleaned the concrete from all the stains and dirt. He did not only clean the concrete but walls and ceiling. Looks and smells fresh. He has my business! Using google earth he put an accurate quote together on both of properties. When he arrived, on time, he is professional with an added southern charm to his personality that made you feel at comfortable and that he know what he was doing. He spoke about the chemical, the mix used, protecting the shrubs and pets and making sure all was picked up when he left. He checked back multiple time on the roof to make sure he caught every thing. He actually sprayed a section the second day because it did not meet his quality. I told you the roof was bad. LOL. He spent a day and a half completing both jobs. I recommend this company to anyone. 100%.
