We made an appointment with this company, the tec came out to my house. He came into my house, we spoke briefly about the services he was going to provide. I told him to go ahead an do the job. I go put my dogs up, came back and the tec had left. I called my wife, who called them to ask where the tec went, she said that she couldn't get in touch with him either but would call as soon as she got in touch with him... So they call me back and informed me that the tec felt uncomfortable her and left. She also informed me that the tec had told her I was racist and call the man a boy.. I have never nor would I ever talk to another person like that. They lie about the time they we'll be there. They lied about me (the customer) and said I am a racist. Completely obserd.
