Good company, they did a chimney demo for one of my friends. Was a great show watching them tear the chimney down.

Spire nailed our new roof. They were efficient, professional , and did a fantastic job replacing our roof in short order. Ben Corley was great to work with and demonstrated excellent customer service.

Cameron and Ben are very professional and great to work with!! Their team replaced our roof in one day! They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I have yet to find one leftover nail in our yard, which is important to us because we have two dogs. They also did much needed siding repairs around the roof area for us. I'm a repeat customer of Spire. I used them a few years ago when I needed to replace the roof on my detached garage, then used them again recently for the main house. We had such a wonderful experience with Sean, Rosa and Abel!! Our original insurance (UPC) filed for bankruptcy midway through the process leaving us hanging for almost a year, but Spire stuck by our side and helped get everything in place with the SC Guarantor's association with they picked up our claim. By that time, another storm was on the horizon and Spire moved heaven and earth to get us fully waterproof in advance of it.
Incredibly kind and responsive team who were all a pleasure to have around while they completed work on the house. Spire Roofing came out the SAME day to evaluate and repaired the roof 4 days later! (timely, professional & thorough) Unfortunately, we did have addtl leaking issues following the next rainstorm. They came out quickly and repaired, AGAIN, w/out addtl charge! They were very reasonably priced...I won't be using anyone else for my roofing needs.

Sean and Spire Contracting & Roofing are professional. I recently had a leak in one of my bedrooms, and could see where it was coming from in the attic traveling down one of the joists into this particular spot. He came over to take a look, located the issue up top, and fixed it in no time. He even gave me a big discount since it was such a quick fix, and did not charge me his standard rate for inspections and repairs.

We are thrilled with our experience with Spire Roofing.

First, we had a job that other roofers did not want to take, as it involved fixing a badly installed roof (other roofers would only agree to replace it). Sean and Erik carefully explained the costs and benefits of repair vs replacement and worked with us to develop a repair plan that met our needs and schedule. Simply put, they were willing to work with us more than other roofers were.

Second, they came promptly and worked quickly and the final product looks excellent.

Third, on the day of repair work we asked if we could add to the scope of work some removal of improperly installed overhang. Rather than balk at the request, Sean said no problem, removed the overhang at no extra cost, and cleverly incorporated the salvaged wood into the other repairs so that it would match the rest of the roof.

What's not to love? We will be using Spire in the future and recommending them widely.

We are extremely satisfied to have our new roof done by Spire Roofing. We chose them primarily because of the work of Erik E. who did a detailed inspection inside the attic and outside on the roof. He then sat down with us and at length discussed what he discovered and how reroofing would address the situation. He went into detail about the materials to be used and how the treatment would improve the resilience of our roof to hurricane winds. He explained everything and provided a detailed breakdown of the cost. We could not be happier with the result.

The job was completed in two days and the cleanup afterword was extensive and thorough.

Sean with Spire Roofing helped me during a critical home improvement project that required the installation of flashing around two new concentric vents. A lot of roofing contractors that I contacted weren’t interested in the small amount of work and scheduling requirements. This installation required coordination with a plumber who had to be available at the same time to cut the opening so there wouldn’t be two exposed holes in my roof. I cannot find one thing bad to say about my experience with Spire Roofing. I had a leak, contacted them and they came the next day for inspection. The Project Consultant was exceptional, took the time to do full inspection, covered my leak with tarp, then sat down with me to go over all options without any pressure. An appointment was then set, the team had my roof done in a day, cleaned up all debris, then a representative came the following day to make sure everything went as expected.... If you need a roof or roof repair, you will not find any better service....

We have a metal standing seam roof. Finding someone to paint it has been a process. Spire made it simple. They used a drone to show us photos of the roof before the work and after it was complete. They back their work and turns out the application they used has a 50 year warranty.

Their workmanship is high quality and they were a delight to have on-site. Very easy to work with and will take the time to address all your questions and concerns.

They told me what they were going to do and when things didn’t go just as planned they got back on track and finished the job.When the job came in with some extra things added i didn’t have a stroke like i did before but was very pleased with the fair and honest prices and was very happy with the end result.
