We scheduled an estimate for a shower design and installation for Monday morning. They called on the Friday before and said they couldn't make it, but they would let us know something Monday morning. On Monday morning they said they couldn't do the estimate because they are booked until December, but they referred us to an independent contractor that we are looking into. I think that is something they should have let us know up front. I did receive an apology and I appreciate their explanation.
