We chose to have the protectant Siding Sealent add on again this year because it did such an incredible job last time protecting and inhibiting the re-growing of mildew, etc. Due to being a 2 story home, we also took advantage of the Gutter Cleanout option - extremely satisfied!! WELL DONE!!!

Today, Garrett arrived right on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work. He was very personable, professional, and conscientious. We have been very pleased with our first house wash by American House Wash. Not only did they go out of their way to schedule our House Wash soon after we requested it, but they could not have done a better job. Our 48 Year old brick house had never been washed before and we are planning to sell it. It took the entire day, including several hours during a rainstorm for the job to be done and it could not have been done better. The mold and dirt on the bricks, deck, and patio is gone. All white surfaces and windows are gleaming. We accumulating definitely recommend American House Wash.

We are repeat customers and had our house and shed washed again in July 2023. We were again, very pleased with the professional job and courteous service they provided. I contacted Eric for a very last minute scheduling to do an exterior soft wash. I had another company that had given me the impression they were doing the job in the time frame, but all they did was provide a fancy quote. Carston came out the very next day and the quote was very competitive with others I had received. He did an excellent job, very thorough. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were all extremely professional from the estimate visit to the follow-up to the cleaning! They taped all my door handles, locks and knobs, which has never been done in the past by others (very important to do to prevent tarnishing and corrosion of the locks). My house looks almost brand new:) They even washed off my outside furniture as a bonus. They are super great people to work with, who do very high quality work, at a very reasonable price. For the last six years American House Wash has done an excellent job pressure washing our house. They have done a whole house cleaning several times. This year only the north side of the house needed it. It looks great every time! I have recommended them in person several times and also to neighbors through the NextDoor app. Our next door neighbor recommended them and continues to use them regularly (including today!) I hired American Housewash to clean the outside of the house including the gutters and also they cleaned a small dock on a pond on our property. The work was performed in a timely fashion and left the house looking extremely clean. The technician was very professional and cordial, even though he had to finish the job in a rain shower. Update 3/11/2020: This is now my third experience with American House Wash & Wood Care and once again they have done an outstanding job. This time his team worked on a rental property and they were able to clean up the brick siding and make the house look amazing. Eric the owner was very flexible with his schedule and adjusted when I overbooked a plumber coming the same day.

This is my second great experience with American House Wash & Wood Care. The owner Eric, was able to fit me in their schedule as I needed a quick turnaround on a house we are renovating. Eric did such a great job that the framers we are using for our renovation though we hired a new framer because he though the post railings were brand new and we had replaced them. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.
