He inspected the roof and then we discussed options, materials and new code requirements. I asked him at the time for a ballpark figure which wound up being only $400 less than the final cost. Before leaving the job site each day he and his crew clean up any debris on the ground and leave your yard looking like they found it. I was also impressed by the way the crew worked through the high 90 degree heat and finished the job on schedule.
