Specialized Roofing & Exteriors

After considering several local contractors, we decided to go with Specialized Roofing and Exteriors. We had talked with Jason several times, and decided that we were very comfortable with his plan of action, sincerity, and expertise, not only in roofing, but working with the insurance company to deliver a quality product at absolute minimal cost. Which was zero by the way.
He was here when the insurance adjuster and inspector came to evaluate storm damage that had incurred. He was here before installation day to go over all the details as far as material staging, property protection, clean up, and completion processes. He was here on installation day to go over with the crew, expectations, and requirements that we had discussed prior, and stayed to make sure they were met. He was also here after installation to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. A+ Jason and Specialized Roofing.

This past year I got new gutters from Specialized Roofing and Exteriors and they were so great and easy to work with that I came back to get my roof done by them as well! I always work with Cody Hollis, he never disappoints and is always happy to help me with anything I need!! 10/10 recommend this local company!

Chris was amazing! He arrived to look at the roof of our shop because of a piece of the roof cap had blown off during a storm. He used a drone to take a really good look, which was really cool. He explained that the builder failed to secure the end of the roof cap to the sheet metal, thereby allowing the wind to rip it off the roof.
Since the building was only 2 months old, he suggested I contact the company that installed it, as it was clearly damaged due to their failure to correctly install the roof cap.
He then inspected our house roof and noted there was hail damage all over the roof, which unfortunately we cannot claim on our insurance since we haven't had any hail storms since we bought the house just a year ago.
More importantly, he took photos of shoddy work on a roof extension we had built 9 months ago, which was also done out of code.
He was great at explaining everything, and gave me great advise on how to go about getting these issues resolved with the respective contractors.

We highly recommend the work and relationship with Specialized Roofing after having been hit by the recent tornado. This company has done an excellent and timely job in restoring many parts of our home. Chris Lee has overseen the project by checking in person as the progress has been made. Chris and his team came out after another contractor delayed and then bailed on my job. He made the process basically effortless, taking on the responsibility of talking to my adjuster, working with my insurance, making sure I was always updated, and then providing excellent service. My roof was replaced in only 1 day, and they cleaned up everything without a trace. Great company and extremely satisfied with their work.

I had an insurance claim for a roof that needed to be replaced completely. But the insurance adjusters were denying a complete replacement. Specialized roofing and exteriors did a lot of legwork to send in samples to different lab testing agencies etc. to show the need for a full replacement. It took a little bit of time to be able to proceed, but ended up getting a full roof replacement due to their professional knowledge of the situation. A company you can trust.

We developed a small leak on our roof that was replaced several years ago. After contacting them, they came out and fixed the issue pretty quickly.

Storm blew a tree on the roof of the house they were there within hours of the storm getting it tarped and working with insurance company to get damages repaired

We had to replace our roof and gutters due to storm damage and our specialist, Chris James, walked us through the process from start to finish. He dealt with our insurance company to assure all our bases were covered and communicated each step as we moved through the process. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would be there, did the installation and cleaned up in a timely manner. They actually showed up the next day and did an additional walkthrough checking for debris and ran the magnet for any nails that didn't get picked up the day before. I can honestly say they went above and beyond with our project! Last but not least our new roof and gutters look amazing! Hats off to Chris and Specialized Roofing. Very glad we chose to support this local business!

Very good service with whole crew on roof. The work is excellent. Follow thru is very good with managers. My roof was replaced and they found my skylights were bad. They replaced them that same day. I am very satisfied.

This is an excellent company. They came out exactly when they said, and the workers showed up early in the morning and worked all day and got my entire roof put on. They were very professional and courteous and Chris responded quickly any time I had any questions, even on a Saturday morning at 6:30 am when I accidentally called him. The manager also called me the evening the job was completed to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. It is hard to find people to show up on time and do a good job this day and age, but this company went above and beyond! I can’t recommend enough!
