Late day Friday 3:00 our hot air welding robot broke down. I was in a pinch and most likely shorter than usual due to the machine only being 3 days old. But they agreed to stay after hours and look at it. Let's see if I leave with a repaired machine or a rental. Leister should have a better warranty program given their machine costs over $10,000 to buy. However, I'm giving kudos to Van their service tech and the management team coming through on such short notice !!!
