We were very happy with the work done by Century Roofing! The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the crew was respectful of our home throughout the process. Marcus, our representative, was especially great—friendly, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. We really appreciated that he even came back the following week to sweep the driveway again after we found a few leftover screws. That extra attention to detail meant a lot to us. Highly recommend!

Marcus was the best and very helpful and accommodating regarding the quote process, scheduling, questions and color selection. The roof was scheduled and everything went as scheduled and was completed quickly. The area was thoroughly cleaned after job completion. Really professional group and they deliver what is promised. One of the better priced roofing companies out there and they have been in business a long time for a reason.

Time to update the home. Roof was one of the items on the list. Contacted several roofing companies in the KC Metro. Century’s bid wasn’t the cheapest, but based upon the reviews I’d read they won the job. Crew and shingles arrived by 8:00 AM. They left around 4:00 PM. I went out to take a look afterwards and wish I could have said it was amazing. There were several areas of concern that I immediately contacted them about. They sent Scott, quality control, out the next day to address the issues. WOW, Scott went above and beyond! Great job Scott! Afterwards, as I told Scott, this is a job well done and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Century Roofing to family and friends. Thanks!

Excellent service by Century Roof and especially Joel Fry. Complete re-roofing of my home in Overland Park done quickly with excellent service and full transparency, which was critically important for me. Initially I was concerned on how i can supervise the work remotely, but level of communication with Joel, pictures at every stage of the project made me feel very comfortable.

I just finished having my house repaired and painted and that was completed in a couple weeks so I thought maybe I could have the same luck with my roof. Sure enough Scott Ratzburg with Century Roofing came through, he came out within a couple days, inspected my roof and gave me an estimate, and now a couple weeks later I'm a proud owner of a new roof and skylight. Everyone working with and for Century Roofing were amazing to work with and very detailed in their work. They are very organized and communicate well with each other. We had a great experience with Century Roofing! Marty was great to work with, very responsive to my questions. Isabel followed up from the office with me to insure I was being helped with my roof inspection and estimate request. Century Roofing emailed a very detailed quote on the job explaining what was to be removed and then what was going to be installed. Marty recommended additional ventilation be installed and detailed the additional expense. Once the agreement was signed, we were able to be scheduled the following week. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked until late in the evening and were able to get the old roofing off, cleaned up, and the new roofing installed. Scott arrived the next morning to inspect the job and finished a few details. We met with Marty a few hours later and reviewed the completed job. We are very happy with Century Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone.

The crew that did installed our new roof was very quick (done in one day) with great clean up and no damage to our landscape and plants around the house. I was very happy with the finished product and their quote was the best of the three I obtained.

We had a hail storm go through our area and it was recommended to get our roof checked for damage. I called 3 roofing companies, one was Century Roofing to come out and check for damage. All 3 companies advised I did have damage and they recommended making an insurance claim. Of the 3 companies Joel Fry from Century was the only one that said he would meet the insurance adjuster out at our house to make sure the adjuster sees the damage. Joel made contact with the adjuster and met them out at the house. We were able to get a new roof covered under the insurance. Joel has been great to work with through the whole process. It took 1 day for them to complete the roof. I did a walk around the next day and you would not even know they had been there. They picked up all the debris from the old roof not a single nail was found on the ground. I was very please with all the workers the day of the install. I would highly recommend Joel and the Century roofing team.

Century Roofing did a great job on my roof. They were patient with me as I took a while choosing a shingle color, and once I chose one they got the work done quickly. They protected my garden and deck as they removed the old shingles and were pretty thorough cleaning up afterwards. I’m a pretty picky person and they even worked with me to get everything looking the way I wanted it without making me feel bad. Great job.

Century Roofing did a superb job on our roofing project. The entire customer experience was excellent, from quoting by Joel Fry, the program management Joel provided, the removal/installation team led by Ivan and the inspection/quality control by Scott. Scott even taped off the flashing to keep it dry until I could get the Dryvit work done. If you are nervous about a roof replace, rest easy and choose Century Roofing. You will be very happy with your new roof.

Century Roofing is amazing. They helped file a warranty claim against the shingle manufactory for a manufacturing defect. They were helpful through the entire process and with getting replacement approval. When the roofing began, they arrived on time, completed the job quickly, took great care not to damage plants, patio, or any property. When they left you couldn't tell they had been here. A representative came by to QC the work done by the roofers and identified a few small items and immediately corrected them. He even walked the yard again to pick up a few roofing materials I hadn't even notice. Looked out the backdoor and they were pulling items out of the pond that had blown in (it was a very windy install day). You can stop looking for a roofing company, because you aren't going to find a better group of people to work with!

Our home experienced roof damage due to some recent inclement weather in the area. After reviewing roofing contractors on Google, I contacted Century for a free inspection prior to speaking with my insurance company. Our agent, Joel, arrived the next day and did a thorough roof top inspection after which he took time to both explain and show us his findings along with answering any questions we had. With this information in hand, I contacted our insurer who sent an adjuster who indeed verified Joel's inspection. Once the claim was approved, I contracted with Century for the removal and installation of a new roof.

During the entire process, Joel was on-point making sure that everything and everyone needed to complete the job was in place and informed. His communication throughout was excellent and his willingness to go beyond (e.g., working with our insurer) is laudable. Any questions and/or concerns we had were answered in a timely, polite, and professional manner. The installation crew did an excellent job and once completed, Joel and his inspection crew came by to quality check the roof and ensure the work area was cleaned and free of debris. All this for a very reasonable and insurance approved price.

All-in-all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Century as a roofing company of choice and would use them again should the need arise. Thanks, Joel, for a job well done!

Our insurance company gave us a partial damage payment from hail. I called several companies to get bids for a full replacement. Joel Fry from Century Roofing was very helpful during this process, supplying a quick turnaround on their bid, providing colors, and adjusting their bid for a Class 4 shingle. The work was done quickly and professionally and they came back the next day for their own inspection and some reinforcement work without me even requesting it. He helped us select the best roofing products based on the style of our house and made sure all would be covered by our insurance. Century and Joe did a great job on my roof replacement. Joe compared his estimate with the insurance estimate and worked out the differences. This took a few weeks, and Joe kept me up to date. The storm adjuster just missed a few things. Then I had to post pone work for a few weeks. Work was completed in two days. Crew was efficient, and clean-up was incredible. They made sure I and my handicap brother could exit the home safely when needed. Century swept the area for debris and nails all around my house after and during the work. They did the samething again after removing the trash trailer the next morning. Then again, later that day, somebody came by to check the area and used magnets to collect nails. I was really pleased with the extra effort and quality control. Great job!!

The roof looks nice, but they replaced decking and when I went to expect my attic, I found a bunch of stuff, including a bottle of spit in it, and they came back to repair a few things I found, but then I found more things and have not heard back and they caused more damage. They left a bunch of nails in the yard and in my driveway I’m not very happy with what’s been going on since they fixed the roof I would not recommend them at this moment. Century made everything good and the job was done to my satisfaction.

Joe came out to inspect the roof after some decent hail came through. He helped me through the insurance process and did an amazing job following up through the everything. I certainly didn't understand the differences in some of the options, and was appreciative of the assistance making decisions on the venting and shingle types. The team that came out and did the work was fast and clean, I didn't have any issues with debris. I had some questions/follow up and Joe made sure all my concerns were addressed. I've used century roofing twice now. Several years ago I had them put a new roof on my first house. They did a great job explaining the process, going over the details with me, and did quality work when they put the roof on. When our new house had bad hail damage from a storm we knew we'd be using them again. Once again they did a great job. Our house looks great with a new roof on.

Century roofing recently replaced my parents roof after a hailstorm. When their roof got badly damaged in the storm, century was very quick to come out, assess the damage, and make temporary repairs. They had to wait several weeks in order to get their roof completely replaced because of the insurance company, and in that time century often checked in on how the temporary repairs were holding up and sent work crews out to check in on them. Overall century roofing has excellent customer service and provide their customers with quality in a timely manner.

Larry came out and looked at my parents roof that was leaking and did an amazing job. My parents could not stop talking about what a nice guy he is and how he helped them immensely!

Review after review of how phenomenal this company is will not make sense until you do business with them yourself. So I sincerely encourage you to consider them for any roofing needs that you encounter from new build to repair or replacement. I’m in a two year old home and I don’t know anything about this trade, but I believe that after my roof was put on other contractors damaged it in the completion of their work. I explained my situation to the Century team and they sent an awesome, knowledgeable and empowered technician out to look things over and make repairs at his discretion. As he was leaving he shook my hand and told me that if I had any problems to call and ask for him specifically to be sent back out. Imagine your roof having its on concierge because that’s what you’ll have with Century Roofing.

Great roofing company. 5 stars because of John May, (job supervisor) He communicated perfectly, kept us updated and explained every part of the process. He was super professional and cares about his customers. He doesn't hurry you through your questions and answers them with ease. The roofers were polite and professional and cleaned up our place like it was before they started. We have TONS of landscaping/plants around our entire house and they spent hours setting up nets, boards, scaffolding etc. to protect all of the trees and flowers. Century was very easy to work with. They were honest and did not try to oversell me on anything I did not need. During our re-roof we were hoping to improve the ventilation in our attic because it was heating up our loft - they recommended adding edge and ridge vents in combination with a light shingle color. They did great work on time and at a fair price. It has made a huge difference! Highly recommend!
