I am blown away by the service and product! In this day and age of bad service and even worse work All Weather Decks officially bucks that trend. Within 30 minutes of my complaint the actual owner of the company called me directly and insisted on making everything right. He insisted on being the main contact and took a hands on approach! 2 days later he along with his team came to review the deck and within 2 more days he had his top crew on the job. Now less than a week after my complaint I have a deck that far exceeds expectations. If I ever have any need for a deck or outdoor living space AWD will be the first and only call. Thanks!!

First things First – The bid I received from All Weather Decks was the most affordable. In fact, I received a better quality of decking and a larger deck than the other bids I received. As for my new deck it is absolutely impressive and by the comments of numerous neighbors, they are envious! Working with All Weather Decks was a pleasure – all that I worked with were extremely professional and answered all my questions. Steve, who came out to bid my deck, was very informative. First, he listened to what I wanted, then made suggestions to things I hadn’t thought about, and then explained the process of building the deck to code. Alex and his installation crew of Humberto and Alan were highly knowledgeable and skilled in both removing my old deck and installing my new deck. So, if you are thinking about a new deck, I highly recommend giving All Weather Decks a call.

I had a great experience with All Weather Decks. I had a fairly simple project: replace old 16' x 12' raised deck with no stairs, except we made the new deck 16' x 16'. I plan for some kind of pergola on the deck in the future, so All Weather Decks poured larger post piers to accommodate the future weight.

The entire process went quite smoothly, with project management orchestrating everything. The deck took under a week to build (including removal of the old deck), and was built far better than the original deck. The crew was awesome, and I was able to deal with them without problem on a couple little particulars (such as the shape of the concrete pier top above the ground).

I did a lot of vetting of deck builders prior to this project, and I think what sold me most on All Weather Decks was the HUGE number of finished project pictures on their website...as well as the map showing completed job locations all over the area.

All Weather Decks was great to work with for our project! We replaced and enlarged our concrete patio, had a short retaining wall built, and replaced our existing deck with a larger one, including a slide! The entire team was pleasant and easy to work with and Alex and his crew did an amazing job! It has quickly become one of our favorite places to be.

All around great experience. We called after our deck collapsed, RJ came out to give a quote and was extremely concerned about the previous builder. With his knowledge of codes and building enforcements, he was able to tell me exactly why the deck fell and where it was not constructed correctly so that I could take that info to my insurance company. Alex and his team showed up on the estimated date I was given and was great about keeping me informed every step of the way on what was getting done. Every person that came to my property was extremely respectful and considerate on top of building a spectacular deck, I would recommend all weather deck to anyone and everyone!!!!

We had All Weather Decks originally add on to our deck back in 2019 so when we decided we wanted a add on to the stairs and change our railings, you know it we called All Weather Decks.
The workmanship and material used are far above other projects I've seen. The guys got to our place did the work in a timely matter. We know if we have any other work done or additions to Deck we will call All Weather Deck.

If you want a beautiful product in a minimal amount of time, All Weather Decks is the only place to go. Warren came out helped understand our vision and Memo and his crews made it a reality. They demoed our old deck on a Thursday and we had permit approval with new stairs and a deck surface with railing the following Thursday. Our dog was happy to have those stairs back, and we ended up with a beautiful new deck.

The team at A.W.D. did an excellent job on my project! Steve came out and gave us the estimate. He was punctual, professional, and most importantly, he made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision without being too pushy or hounding for an answer. He responded promptly and made sure that any requested changes were made AND followed through on. Steve also stayed in contact with me throughout the job instead of just passing me off to the job manager. Speaking of which, our job manager was Alex, who also did a great job. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and answered any and all questions I had regarding scheduling, permitting, and inspecting. Alex not only answered what I asked but went out of his way to be certain I had no worries about the building process. He even sent pictures directly while I was at work to update me.
TLDR; Overall, this company is a solid recommendation for me. They have a variety of product options. They don't cut corners, and they make sure the customer is in the loop and satisfied with the final product.

From the customer care rep to project manager and carpenters, we are thrilled with our new covered deck and stamped concrete patio. You can get "maintenance free", but we like cedar rails and will take better care of them than we did the original deck. The quote process is easy, you get to make choices online after the representative comes by to talk with you about your ideas. You will need to paint/stain any wood used, we are working on it now so pardon the mess in photos. I highly recommend All Weather Decks if you need to replace your deck.

We recently had All Weather Decks complete our 3rd project together. This was adding a gable style roof over a portion of our existing composite deck. From meeting with their sales rep, to working with their project manager and crew, our experience was fantastic. This is a wonderful company. They use master craftsman’s like Diego and Luis. The project manager Alex answered every call I made to him. All the guys were just great always helpful. The cleanup was excellent they took everything away. It was a pleasure to work with them.

An excellent experience. Everything from sales, to project management, to the actual deck construction went well. Wanted a qoute to replace a 10x10 deck with a set of stairs with pressure treated wood, nothing fancy, i was qouted over $14k to do this tiny deck, at this rate that is over $90 a sq ft for a 10x10 deck!! The only positive was they were quick to come out and get me a qoute

I will start with the positive, our deck looks great! Very happy with the finalized product. Our complaint is for the workmanship. During construction we had contractors parking behind our garage constantly blocking us in. It was a repeated complaint that never got resolved. We have more than enough parking not right behind our cars. The contractors smoked tons while working on the job and tossed their cigarettes all over our grass which I’m still picking up since November. And last but most of all they left tons and tons of nails all over our yard for my dog and toddler to find. Pictured is probably a third of what we have found so far.

My request was that the deck be torn down and rebuilt to be totally maintenance free. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. The sales rep, JD, came over to explain the process, brought samples and answered all my questions in an honest and professional way. JD also answered the phone and returned my calls even after the project was complete. I received the proposal electronically which was customizable to add or subtract certain features and the price would reflect the change. I also appreciated that I could make the payments online .
Before the project was to start, the project manager (Alex) called with the start date and gave me his phone number in case I had any questions. Alex also answered the phone when I reached out a few days later to check on something. The crew (Diego and Luis) that built the deck were professional, respectful of my property, hardworking and very pleasant. The result of their work was a beautiful, well constructed deck. The surrounding landscape and rocks were returned to their original positions and my entire yard was clean of any construction debris. I am so impressed with the quality and the appearance of my new deck.

We love our new composite deck and aluminum railing. R.J., our sales consultant was professional, friendly and always available when we had questions, our builders Manny and Jesus were professional, efficient and listened to our concerns. Osvaldo, the project manager explained everything and made the building process easy to understand. We asked for a sturdy and beautiful deck and they nailed it.

We used All Weather Decks to built a screened in porch over a stamped concrete patio and it turned out great! They were responsive and if we changed ideas were happy to accommodate! The pricing was very reasonable and we would highly recommend them!

This was a very professional and high-quality operation from the initial bid until completion of the project. The quality of the deck construction is fantastic, and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. The construction crews were extremely professional and accommodating, and after they finished it was like they were never here. Would highly recommend, they are worth it.

If you're fine with poor to no communications during the entire build process because they can get it done much sooner than others they're a fine option. However, if you want any level of coordination prior to start or while the build process is underway then they're definitely not the company to go with. Yes, our composite deck turned out fine in the end but from start to finish, this is one of the worst we've worked with in terms of communication. Even calling the office to try to get some level of communication is a real challenge and will take multiple attempts to get anyone because a voicemail isn't a dependable option. I'm genuinely shocked there aren't more bad reviews about there poor communication and coordination but maybe we fell through the cracks.
Bottom line, I would never recommend this company to anyone but again if you really don't care, and just trust it will all eventually work out then it's an option worth considering. We liked other companies we looked at more but they could get it done several months earlier so it heavily influenced our decision but attention to detail, communication, and above and beyond quality of work is found elsewhere.

Amazing experience with All Weather Decks. Our project was completed in May 2021 and we have loved it everday since then. Covered deck, non covered deck and concrete patio with sitting wall. Also added lights to railings and sitting wall, plus mulitple outlets and ceiling fan. Bulk of work was done within 3 weeks and project was started 6 weeks after contract was signed. Great quality and price compared to competitors. Fantastic on site manager and crew. We made alot of small changes, which were never a problem and crew did a great job of cleanup. 100% recommend All Weather Deck.

I am in love with my new patio! All Weather Decks built the gable roof cover for my patio and I couldn’t be happier! Warren was my 1st contact with the company. He came out to hear my vision and give me an estimate. He was prompt, thorough, professional and always responded to me quickly with a great attitude, no matter how many questions I had. Alex, was the project manager and although I didn’t have much contact with him, he was very responsive and professional when I did reach out with any questions. Jeff was the builder and he and his crew were in and out quickly and did a great job on the build and clean up. Armando did all of the electrical work and he was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well with me, was prompt, professional and did a great job! He even came back several times to check out a few things that I had questions on. I’m very pleased with the work and I can’t wait to enjoy my new patio!

The AWD team helped us decide the materials and design that fit our home best. The team also navigated through a permitting variance and survey required by the city that added months on to the project. But we were kept informed throughout the process. From the bid to final inspection this was an excellent experience with great result. Everyone was helpful including office staff, showed up on time and worked hard all day. High quality materials and workmanship. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I was referred to AWD by another company, as they were booked for the season. What initially started as a prompt scheduling and initial estimate turned into a non-responsive ordeal. After the initial estimate, I tried to contact the estimator multiple times (leaving voicemails, etc.) and after 1.5 - 2 weeks, I had to call the front office to get him to call me back. From there I requested some revisions to the estimate in order to bring down the cost a bit - AGAIN, no response for nearly 2 weeks! At this point, I was quite annoyed and texted the estimator to which I received a reply that the cost of supplies had gone up, so the estimate couldn't be lowered but the initial quote would be honored. It would have been great to know this weeks earlier and I imagine the price of materials may not have increased as much if so much time hadn't lapsed. All in all, a poor experience and I'll be going with another company due to this.

All Weather Decks built a Closed Roof and Deck for my Patio , it was great quality of work with fair pricing. Highly recommend them for your projects.

All Weather Decks replaced our deck with a great all weather option. They added a roof (with a ceiling fan) over the deck and added a little extra deck space for our grill outside of the roofed area. The whole process was very simple. They kept us informed of start dates and finished early. The roof has been great on summer days and nights. Brett was very responsive to any and all questions. I would use them again, no questions asked.

This is a great company. They did an outstanding job. Management is outstanding. Crew was unbelievable. They replaced a deck with Azek and then added a ceiling with fan underneath the deck. It was done with outstanding professionalism and care to satisfy the customers wishes. Even developed a sliding barn door for our pool equipment. Alex did a great job. That was two years ago. This year we had a problem with lights under the deck. I called and Armondo responded and fixed the problem. Service like that in this day and age just does not happen. I would not go anywhere else to have my deck repaired or rebuilt.

Amazing I am by no means an easy client and all weather decks, specifically Armando Morales’s team handled every single detail that I communicated with them with so much attentiveness, patience and grace. If I have a question, Armando would not only answer my phone calls or texts he would often stop by to explain why we can or can’t do it. The construction team, headed by Memo, arrived on time and put in a full days work each day. Memo was fantastic in helping me to improve on aspects of the design, identify issues

They built our very complex, multi-level deck, with very complicated angles throughout per our design request. And created an adjoining flagstone and crushed stone walkway up to the deck stairs.
I would not have trusted any other company to build this deck. From design through framing and ultimately the decking itself and facia, they totally met our hopes for a gorgeous deck. Each day they made steady progress and exhibited professional craftmanship and good customer relations.

They came out quickly and gave a competative bid. When the project started they let us know what was happening and the timeline. They worked until dark several times. When I asked to expand the project they were able to do so quickly. The work was done properly and to my satisfaction.

Met with a RJ a couple times to come up with a plan for repairing my deck. Gave them a $200 down payment for work to be done. I decided to go a different route than All Weather Decks because I couldn''t afford their final price. I requested to get my $200 back and they were all of a sudden unreachable. After SEVERAL attempts to contact RJ I never got my money back.

We hired All Weather Decks ("AWD") to construct a complete makeover from an old wood deck. We worked with Brett to create a seasonal room designed with multiple large windows to overlook the lake area, along with an open composite (Deckorators-Voyage) deck with a staircase that led down to the open patio. The footing and deck posts were covered with a stone veneer. The construction went well. We experienced a few issues such as clean-up and a damaged door, but they were timely addressed. We cannot say enough about Armando and the beautiful work of his finish crew. He was very professional, diligent and eager to please. He always cleaned up his work area each day. He is a huge asset to the company. We have received multiple compliments. Thank you so much AWD.

We had an amazing experience with All Weather Decks. We hired them to tear down our old deck and replace with covered screened in porch with Azek decking and metal handrails. We choose them over a general contractor because we had a feeling they would do an amazing job, and they did. Diego built our deck with precision and it turned out fabulous. Also, communication between us and our project manager Brett was excellent. We had a few concerns that were taken care of to our liking and done quickly. We have had past contractor work done on our house that didn’t go so well, but this was outstanding start to finish. I would highly recommend All Weather Decks.

We had a great experience with replacing our deck and fixing our front porch. The jobs were done 2 weeks ahead of the projected schedule. The crews showed up on time everyday and were always willing to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any projects.

We worked closely with Brett Gibbs from All Weather Decks. He did a superb job listening to our needs, understanding our budget, and proposing an affordable solution. AWD is not the cheapest option but we got 3 bids in total and AWD was in the middle of the 3. That's not why we chose them; in the end, we felt Brett gave us a better design.

The construction went very smoothly. They had to tear out a 20 year old wood deck, cut out concrete to set new footings, dig out a retaining wall to add other footings, and pour additional concrete slab (to replace some ugly stone that was under part of our old deck. They were very diligent with everything. It was a mess, but an unavoidable mess. Everything was hauled away very soon after the demo was done.

For our new deck AWD installed Deckorators (Voyage) Eovations decking (a PVC based product) and Westbury powder-coated aluminum handrail. We had lights installed on the handrails and an electric circuit installed for a soon-to-be-built-by-the-owner grill island. They also installed a gas line to two spots for a future fire pit and an under-deck space heater.

They also installed an aluminum, rain-out under deck ceiling that's been very nice to have. It diverts the rain out from underneath through a downspout in one corner. Keeps it nice and dry underneath the deck. So far it's been a wonderful addition. I like to do carpentry work on the weekend and I just wheel out my table saw or whatever and work underneath, rain or shine. You should definitely consider this option.

We had a few issues during the construction that AWD's crews had to address, mainly around the retaining wall. Brett got it all taken care of, always at no additional cost (even though the fix went beyond what was probably expected). Also, we're purchasing our own ceiling fans for underneath the deck and Brett said his guys would come back and install them since they did the pre-wire. So I'm very confident in AWD's follow through on things that inevitably come up on any construction project.

So, all in all, my wife and I highly recommend All Weather Decks and, in particular, Brett Gibbs. I'm sure they have others there who are just a good, but Brett's been our guy from start to finish and he responds almost instantaneously to email, phone, text. Easy to reach and very professional.

Our deck project started earlier than estimated and was completed in a week. The workmen showed up daily and did a beautiful job. Cleaned up after themselves daily as well. We're really happy with the decking/railing materials recommended. We had an issue with the electrical components, notified All Weather Decks, and they had someone there same day to solve the problem. I'd hire them again in a minute.

All Weather decks did such a great job with our patio! We added a covered stamped concrete patio and a fire pit. We love it and it’s really become one of our favorite places to hang out! Thanks again, we highly recommend them.

We love our under deck covering and patio and use it all yearlong! Brett was very insightful in helping us make decisions. A few hiccups along the way, but they were taken care of in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

All Weather Decks Review

We had a very large project that involved tear down and rebuilding of four decks at our house. Contacted three highly rated contractors to get bids - All Weather Decks included. One never came back, but the other two were very comparable to each other. As we were discussing various options, Brett at All Weather Decks provided us with enough guidance and flexibility that we decided to go with them.

We were very happy with our decision. The process was well scheduled and the cost was close to the original bid even after some added extras we put in there. When any issue arose, we contacted Brett and he would quickly get his crew to address them.

The finished products of Trex decking included a screened in deck with a fan and can lights, a large outdoor kitchen with grill, smoker, burner, sink, and pizza oven, two large decks with new aluminum railing and lights inset in the boards, and a smaller deck to match as well as a covered concrete area with a barn door entrance.

I would highly recommend All Weather Decks to anyone looking for a quality job to be done.

0 stars for WASTING my time. Based on good reviews, i had Josh and brett, the so called "experts" bid a gabled roof to be built onto my house to cover my deck. They presented a "faux" bid, "forgetting" the most obvious: that my home roof is cantilevered! after trusting that they, in fact, were experts and reliable, and them telling me theres no chance they lowball, and there will be no surprises, ( and after waiting almost 2 weeks for bretts final bid), i decided to sign a contract. After that decision, they amended the bid, slapping another $4000 onto it. The excuse? brett said, the roof is cantilevered, so that adds $4000, $1500 of which is the engineer stamp. Josh originally said engineer would be $500 tops. they are either: disingenuous, dishonest, or idiots, none of which i want to do business with. They made no apologies, and there was no explanation how this could have happened. I could have been in queue with another contractor by now, but instead wasted my time with these bumbling fools. Not happy. And... if you want SOME idea how they come up with the bid, good luck. They give the job title (deck, etc), square footage, and thats IT. NO THANK YOU. A reputable company has no qualms showing you how your money will be spent.

I would highly recommend this company based on my experience. I contacted them through ThumbTack for a 22x12 pergola project and was contacted within 24 hours of inquiry.

The process of scheduling a free estimate was quick and easy. They showed up on time for our appointment, and were very helpful in talking through possible design options and considerations.

I received 5 different quotes from different companies and AWD was very competitive. They were open to refinements in the contractual language and were extremely professional throughout the process. They also architected a spec for me to submit to my HOA for approval, and confirmed all city codes, such as distance from the property line, were met.

The project started within 1 week of the estimated start date listed on the contract. All of the workers were very professional. Once the work was complete, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome but asked that one of the rafters be replaced because it had some damage. Without hesitation, they agreed to replace it and had it done within 3 days.

I worked with Steve on the estimate, and Brett from that point forward. Both of them were true professionals and responded to all my emails within 12hrs or less throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend All Weather Decks.

I had this company build a deck for me a couple years ago. They were priced on the high side, but I felt good about them because I was told my deck would be framed with 2x10's. I really wanted something nice so I hired them. I gave them 2 stars because they did complete the project in a timely manner. Also the salesman was nice enough. The disappointment came when I got home , and the deck was framed using 2x6's. I've never heard of people using 2x6's to frame a deck. They also left the pile of dirt they dug out for the footings in the yard. When I looked under the deck they had left empty water bottles and other lunch trash. I just hate that I was lied to. Building a deck isn't rocket science. Just go with the cheapest bid.

PROS: The guy who came out to our house spent a lot of time with us working on a design plan that would work for us within our budget. The crew began working on the deck 2 weeks ahead of schedule. For the most part, good craftmanship. Friendly crew. We get lots of compliments from our neighbors.

CONS: A couple cosmetic issues we didn't like. They did agree to discount the deck by $200 so that I could put a front face on the deck to cover the cosmetic issue, shown here. They agreed to a 3 payment schedule, which was great. The 3rd invoice came in and just 3 days later, ON MOTHER's DAY, they sent 2 text messages and a voicemail asking if the 3rd payment had been mailed yet.

Steve and the guys at all weather decks did a great job on our covered patio. On time work and we knew what was going on the whole time. Highly recommend

We were thrilled with the quality and professionalism of the construction crew. The guys on site are were top notch at their skills, we couldn't be happier.

We got a bid from Steve at All Weather Decks to rebuild our old cedar deck with Trex and replace the wooden rails with steel posts and aluminum rails. We also reduced the size of the deck and added a small porch by our bedroom. The work was completed yesterday and we love it.

We had a great experience with RJ and All Weather Decks. From designing our deck to our exact specifications to the changes we asked for, he was gracious and accommodating. The crew who demolished our old deck and rebuilt our new deck with a screened in porch, were very knowledgeable and professional. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their work area and left things neat and tidy. When we reported a concern, Umberto was back within two days to fix it. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier. This is a fantastic company to work with. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

They are all great! They get the job done as quickly and correctly as possible. The finished product was amazing

We had All Weather build a 16x14 screened in deck with a roof, we agreed on a specific date to be completed, which they did not meet because they couldn't get city permits to pass code and only working 1 day a week,. The finished product looks great and craftsmanship is great, but now there is a leak in the roof, after several attempts to have someone come back out to repair the leak has been unsuccessful, I left several text and messages for RJ my contact person to set up repair time, it has been three months now still nothing, my question is does All Weather not back up there labor, it really is ashamed that I have had several neighbors stop and look at the deck and are considering one, but I will not give my recommendation for this company only because the lack of communication, not standing by their work and not meeting timelines.

(Update)The company did send another crew out to fix the leak properly only after three months of constant calling (no leaks so far), but the only follow up was a text asking if the roof was leaking and could I update my review, no mention of what items were damaged because of the leak, shame on me for not taking precautions to cover all my items, but I didn't think a newly constructed covered deck would leak within a month, I will give a updated rating after the spring rains stops just to verify no leakage.

(Update) It's been a year so far and no leaks in the roof, I had the deck lighting go out and called about repairs and they showed up the next day and took care of the lights, overall the deck construction and workmanship is great just need to work on their communication and follow up with the customer...
