I worked with Shannon Woods who was highly recommended by a friend. I am extremely happy with the process and new roof! Shannon did an incredibly thorough job when she came to look at my roof and submit to insurance. Afterwards, the team who came was clean and quick. They did a great job overall. I will be back once we are ready for new siding!

This is a great company. We called them to come out and give us a quote. We only had one month if that to get out roof done. Tony sent out Shannon and she was awesome. She got out roof, gutters and garage door all approved by the insurance company and done before our died line. A awesome company.

Field Specialist, Jake, was very helpful in walking me through the process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. He communicated with me and keep me updated all the way through to installation. Would definitely recommend working with him for your roofing needs!

We spent about 10 years trying to get our roof replaced, but numerous other roofing companies had tried working with our insurance company, and all were told no, they would not cover it. Shannon with AAA Midwest Roofing was able to work her magic, and somehow got our insurance company to say yes. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. She and the managers had to jump through a lot of hoops with our insurance company to get it done, but they did it! Our new roof and gutters look amazing. Their roofing crew did a great job as well, and were very thorough with their cleanup afterwards. The company is now doing work for several others in our neighborhood as well. We changed our roof color while we were due for a new roof due to hail damage. The middle picture was from using the roof visualizer program. The picture is pretty much spot on with how it actually looked after it was finished.

My roof looks amazing! Matt the sales manager had very good communication helped me with the insurance part. Made sure he was there when the appraiser came by my house. Also he showed me bunch of different shingles to choose from and explained that well. Antonio the owner made sure I was taken care of, and assured me that everything will be done to perfection. They gave me a date, and they came that day on time and knocked it out in one day. The color matches my home perfectly, couldn't be happier. My gutters look very premium and quite the upgrade compared to what I used to have. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from the start to the end. First they made sure my insurance covered my roof even when the insurance company tried to deny coverage. Then the day of installation was smooth with workers showing up on time and and made sure all trash was deposed of properly. The roof looks great. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a professional roofing company.

Absolutely incredible company!! I was one of the teachers that won a free roof and I cannot tell you how amazing they are. The entire process was so simple, they were all super kind, and everyone that came out to work on my roof was super nice. They finished replacing the entire roof in a day. So grateful for them!!

After an electrical fire which damaged the siding on the house, the AAA Midwest Roofing staff assisted in negotiating with the insurance company to ensure that a maximum benefit was acquired. Then, their professional staff offered guidance in choosing the best options for complete siding and new windows. When the work began, the workers AAA Midwest Roofing contracted were very efficient and professional in the process and completion of all assigned tasks. AAA was fantastic! I had a small roof leak for years that I had multiple people come out and look at. No one else was able to pinpoint the leak and kept blaming it on the chimney. AAA came out, found the leak, and had it fixed in a matter of a few hours!

AAA Midwest Roofing and Sean were incredibly professional and made the entire process go quite smoothly. In fact, my husband and I were not aware that we even had hail damage until Sean stopped by and offered to do a quick roof inspection along with taking pictures of the damaged areas.

The entire process was very simple for us and Sean ensured that everything from talking with our insurance inspector, delivery of roofing materials, plus the actual replacement of the roof and gutters went without a hitch. He is familiar with dealing with HOA shingle requirements and provided us with sample shingles that met our very stringent HOA specs.

Sean said his crew for the actual roof and gutter replacement was good but I have to admit that I was in “gonna wait and see” mode. I was so surprised that that he wasn’t kidding. The crew was courteous, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up the entire area when they were finished.

In short, AAA Midwest Roofing and Sean is the place to go for roof and gutter replacement. I don’t typically give reviews, and especially not 5 stars, but Sean and AAA are just awesome.

Sean guided us through every step - from the inspection, insurance claim, claim adjustments and project completion. He was very professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with in assuring all damage to our roof, gutters and windows from the hail storm were addressed and replaced or repaired as needed.

Sean Sievers was the best to work with. We started out with what we thought was just a skylight leaking. Sean did a thorough inspection of our roof and found that we had hail damage from a recent storm. He was here the following day when the insurance adjuster was here and pointed out the damage and pictures he had taken. Claim was processed with no issue. Unfortunately the work was scheduled during the hottest days of the summer! So it did take a little longer than planned, but completely understandable. The crew was very polite and did an excellent job of protecting landscaping etc. around the house. They also did a good job of clean up. When Sean came back for final payment he scanned the yard for any nails and then had one of the crew come back to do any additional scan. Would highly recommend AAA Midwest Roofing for their professionalism and work. And have to give a big shout out to Sean for being so awesome to work with.Never having filed a claim like this before, I feel he went above and beyond!

Was a great company to work with. They did an excellent job and were very happy with their work. There was a mishap on the color of gutters that they started to install, I caught it early and it was fixed the next day with the correct color. The roofing shingles took an extra day to come in but that wasn't AAA Midwest Roofing issue the shipper got delayed. When the shingles came in the next day they immediately got to work and got the roof up. Our contact person, Sean, was always in contact with us with the updating of progress of insurance approval/getting check from bank and the update/progress of the roof/gutter work. He always answered our question fully and answered our calls or returned them very quickly. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters they look wonderful and AAA Midwest Roofing was a great company to work with!!!!
