I worked with Shannon Woods who was highly recommended by a friend. I am extremely happy with the process and new roof! Shannon did an incredibly thorough job when she came to look at my roof and submit to insurance. Afterwards, the team who came was clean and quick. They did a great job overall. I will be back once we are ready for new siding!

This is a great company. We called them to come out and give us a quote. We only had one month if that to get out roof done. Tony sent out Shannon and she was awesome. She got out roof, gutters and garage door all approved by the insurance company and done before our died line. A awesome company.

Field Specialist, Jake, was very helpful in walking me through the process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. He communicated with me and keep me updated all the way through to installation. Would definitely recommend working with him for your roofing needs!

We spent about 10 years trying to get our roof replaced, but numerous other roofing companies had tried working with our insurance company, and all were told no, they would not cover it. Shannon with AAA Midwest Roofing was able to work her magic, and somehow got our insurance company to say yes. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. She and the managers had to jump through a lot of hoops with our insurance company to get it done, but they did it! Our new roof and gutters look amazing. Their roofing crew did a great job as well, and were very thorough with their cleanup afterwards. The company is now doing work for several others in our neighborhood as well. We highly recommend AAA Midwest Roofing to anyone needing a new roof and/or gutters. Awesome product and customer service. Andrew was our sales rep. I can’t say enough good things about working with AAA Midwest Roofing so I’ll just post my pictures. We changed our roof color while we were due for a new roof due to hail damage. The middle picture was from using the roof visualizer program. The picture is pretty much spot on with how it actually looked after it was finished.

My roof looks amazing! Matt the sales manager had very good communication helped me with the insurance part. Made sure he was there when the appraiser came by my house. Also he showed me bunch of different shingles to choose from and explained that well. Antonio the owner made sure I was taken care of, and assured me that everything will be done to perfection. They gave me a date, and they came that day on time and knocked it out in one day. The color matches my home perfectly, couldn't be happier. My gutters look very premium and quite the upgrade compared to what I used to have. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I found her to be very dependable and she was exceptional in explaining the process of replacing my roof, gutters and wrapping the windows that had been damaged by hail. She always responded when I needed to contact her. She was interested in the work being done to my satisfaction and was confident that her crews would complete the work professionally.
You could not ask for a better person to deal with the insurance companies . She does not hesitate to question them as they had initially denied the first claim based on information submitted by another roofing company. She went up on the roof ,
took her own pictures and submitted them. It didn't take long for the claim to be approved after that!

Great experience from the start to the end. First they made sure my insurance covered my roof even when the insurance company tried to deny coverage. Then the day of installation was smooth with workers showing up on time and and made sure all trash was deposed of properly. The roof looks great. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a professional roofing company.

Absolutely incredible company!! I was one of the teachers that won a free roof and I cannot tell you how amazing they are. The entire process was so simple, they were all super kind, and everyone that came out to work on my roof was super nice. They finished replacing the entire roof in a day. So grateful for them!!

Then, their professional staff offered guidance in choosing the best options for complete siding and new windows. AAA was fantastic! I had a small roof leak for years that I had multiple people come out and look at. No one else was able to pinpoint the leak and kept blaming it on the chimney. AAA came out, found the leak, and had it fixed in a matter of a few hours!

My gutters were pretty bad and these Midwest storms actually knocked my gutters off my house. I work in the medical field and was at work.
