I contacted Agape Grace LLC for an estimate on roof replacement with attention to some structural deficiencies (old home). Peter responded very promptly. He arrived for an inspection at the agreed upon time and diagnosed the problem. I received my estimate that evening. The proposal was complete/easy to understand and the price very reasonable. I spoke to Peter Mana after he assessed the roof, he worked diligently with the insurance company, meeting with the inspector, emailed and called the insurance agent to ensure I was being treated fairly. I feel he went above and beyond to assist in getting my roof replaced. His team of workers never left a trace they had been there and replaced my roof in a day before a big rainstorm. No leaks on my screened in porch with 6 inches of rain that week. I am so appreciative for all their hard work and would highly recommend their services.

Peter made whole process very easy and painless. He was was very good at seeing damage that I couldn't. He walked me through every step step of filing a claim with my insurance and even missed church services on Sunday to be here for the claims inspector when he did his inspection. The insurance inspector completely agreed with Peter's findings of damage and agreed that the roof and gutters would be covered by my insurance.
As soon as we got the amount that the insurance expected to pay Peter ordered all the materials for the job and asked if he could d the roof the Friday after the insurance inspection. So in less than a week the roof was done. I got 2 free upgrades above what the insurance pays for. I got 30 year shingles instead of 25 year and synthetic underlying instead of felt. The gutters were done the following Monday.
Everything looks perfect and I am very happy with the whole process.

Hello, people? My Name is Joseph Ling. Just done replacing roof which is 8-21-21. To be honest These people are great worker and genuine. They tough, fast and great quality. They do have little poor English but they absolutely know what they are doing and so I don’t think speaking mater.

Next time if I need to replace my roof or if I know anyone who need to replace their roof I will definitely invite them to call these guys. I am also know how to replace or install roof. So for sure these guys are absolutely better than any other roof installers. After they finished I looked at around the house and at the top of roof it was clean and nice. Usually other installers just don’t care But these people are absolutely great jobs.
