I called on a Thursday for an estimate and Chris was here on Saturday. The estimate was great!! I called the office on Monday and had my gutters installed on Wednesday. Chris and his crew were professional and efficient. The gutters are perfect and I am very happy with the results and service. I had this company install new gutters several years ago and they did an excellent job! Now I wanted gutter guards on a new roof system. I called a month ago, was told they were near by doing a job and could stop by to estimate my job, no response. So I called a week ago, reminded the office clerk I had called before and still want the job done. She apologized for the delay, assured me my message would get to Jordan to call me, no response. I don't think she failed, I think the owner neglected to follow through! Poor customer service!
