Patrick and his crew were excellent. They do incredible work. How incredible, you ask? Well, the May 16th tornado that came through University City/North St. Louis arrived about 2 hours after the completion of our project. The brand new roof withstood tornado winds, hail, and lots and lots of rain. 10/10, will use Spartan Roofing again.

I don't know where to begin with this crew. We got in contact about a leaky roof (leaking into the ceiling and we need to fix the drywall up there) in June. The guy came by and looked at it, said we needed a patch and a new gutter and that would help. We said great. They got us a quote, which had no itemization. Completely arbitrary number. We asked for a itemized receipt and a document stating they're guarantee of a quality job. Never got one. October rolls around and they still hadn't fixed the gutter and did a patch on the leaky part (my husband said he saw no difference when he went to check the roof). We had paid half the cost as a deposit. Point is, we ended up asking for a refund of our deposit (which they did cause they know they didn't do anything) and we're back where we started and have a leaky ceiling. I definitely would not recommend these folks and have no idea how they are so highly rated.

Spartan Roofing was prompt, communicative and efficient in completing work on our leaky roof. After getting the runaround from another company, Spartan Roofing was quick to come out and do their own estimate and then completed the job within a week, which we were very relieved about. We will definitely use Spartan Roofing in the future and recommend them to all our friends and family.

Best roofing experience ever!! We had a storm basically destroy our roof. We were originally going to go with another company, but the other company could not get the red shingles to match our exterior home, they had a couple week wait time to replace the roof, and they were being shady about pricing......So, we considered our options.......

SPARTAN ROOFING is top notch!! Patrick and his wife are very professional, easy to talk to, and upfront about costs, timing, supplies etc..... Patrick ensured that the supplies were ordered, and delivered on time and that the order was correct. They told us they would have our roof done in a day; we questioned that initially, BUT let me tell you, true to their word, the crew had our old roof off and the new roof on and all the needed repairs to bring us up to code before we got home from work that day!!!

Spartan Roofing came out to give us an estimate because we had leakage from our sunroom roof. Because hard rain was expected the next day before the repair could be completed, Patrick did a temporary silicone patch for us which worked beautifully. Highly recommend.

The siding repair they did was great. My siding was getting pulled on in one spot by wind. In the most recent wind storm the siding stayed put, and the color matches. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because it took a while to get the job done, and by the time it was done, more siding pulled off which caused the project to cost 150 more than the original bid.

Patrick was awesome! Very easy to work with. Quick response time to my initial phone call. Quick turn around time to having gutters installed. And they look great.

This company gave me the best offer on a roof replacement. The guys came out and replaced both a 2-story roof and the detached garage roof all in one day and also cleaned up nicely! Really good crew and very nice! Easy correspondence via email and phone. Recommend using Spartan Roofing!

Patrick and co. with Spartan Roofing were great for some siding work we needed done. They got the whole project completed in just a few hours, kept me posted on how things were progressing as they worked, and were very professional. I'd work with them again!

In June I discovered a leak and had someone come out for a look over and possible repair. The repair appeared simple according to them and came back later and finished the work. With the Monsoon level rain recently discovered the fix was not effective.
Given everyone is busy now I was still able to get 3 different companies to evaluate and give quotes. they all found the actual issue which was not a glaring issue but on reflection tells me not to use a roofing company that cannot diagnose the basic issue.

If I could get my money back I would but I agreed to the work whether it was correct or not.

I'm sure I had a unique experience since so many others have rated 5 stars, but I wouldn't suggest this business for single women looking to be treated fairly for needed repairs. I was gaslit on the phone and told that my problem couldn't be as bad as I was explaining it to be, which is absolutely inexcusable.

I was also told that my very simple repair would be upwards from $450... before the technician really thought through the BEST solution for this customer. I think they might be a bit quick to dismiss women, but that's just my experience. I won't be calling them again. Cardinal Catastrophe is quicker and gives much better service.

I emailed on a Sunday asking if they could squeeze in the installation of a through the roof bathroom vent in the next 3 days - got prompt reply on Monday and on Tuesday the vent was installed. Excellent communication, delivered as promised within my very tight timeline. Not a big job but 3+ stories in the air on an old roof. I really appreciate the willingness to do such a small job and the communication and well executed job. Thanks Morgan & Patrick!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Spartan Roofing. Patrick and Morgan are very professional and timely. There have been two properties in which I was crunched for time because the inspection deadlines were approaching. I contacted Spartan and in both separate instances Patrick came out and evaluated one roof the same day. The second roof the very next morning after I contacted him. Patrick came out to my house at a moment's notice in the middle of a downpour when the ceiling of my addition began leaking and pouring water onto my carpet. Upon securing the leak, he made necessary, temporary improvements until it was appropriate to complete permanent repairs. I will 100% use Patrick and Spartan Roofing in the future when the time and need arises. Would recommend with enthusiasm.

Spartan Roofing helped me out when I woke up on a Sunday morning and noticed I had water leaking from my livingroom ceiling due to high winds and rain tearing off a portion of my roof shingles. They were at my house within 2 hours to install an emergency roof tarp.

They were also at my house to meet the insurance adjuster to explain all of the damage that had occurred and they worked with the adjuster and myself to come up with a full estimate for exterior and interior repairs.

Spartan preformed all of the repair work including a new roof, replacement of damaged attic insulation, replacement of damaged drywall ceiling and painting of the livingroom.

I recommend Spartan to anyone that has any type of roofing issues.
