We bought our newly remodeled house four years ago and until we had a sagging ceiling, cracked sheetrock and a leaky roof we didn't know that the former owner built two bedrooms in the attic space over our living room/kitchen on old 2x6's. Sparton Construction company gave us a very fair estimate for the job. They had to put in new 4x8 beams on all of the floor joist, do electrical work, close it all up and made it look a lot than it ever did. They used plywood and high quality shingles for our roof replacement. They also cut and installed roof vents on the ridgeline and on the edge of both sides.
I would describe the workers of this company as honest, friendly, reliable, hard working, experienced, and knowledgeable. They were always very patient to answer any questions we had. We felt that they were genuinely concerned for our safety and satisfaction. We would highly recommend them and will call on them again if the need arises.

I had the guys from Spartan just do a complete tear off of my roof. They were respectful from day 1. They brought some issues to me in an honest manner and then completed the work with integrity.
