I highly recommend Clear Vision Construction. The process of getting our new roof was flawless from start to finish. We interviewed 3 different roofing contractors. Two were about the same price and one was much more expensive and we weren't comfortable with the shingles that company used. We selected Clear Vision as Lee, the sales/estimator was great, thorough, answered all our questions and they use highly recommended shingles (GAF). They've also been in business for a long time, which is important. Everyone we dealt with at Clear Vision was helpful and kind. They kept to the schedule provided, the team working on our house did a wonderful job and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I would hire this company again and recommend them to anyone. They replaced our roof in November. It was quick yet thorough. I appreciated the professional communication, high quality, and follow through all the way to end of the project. Every time the storms came through all winter we were thankful for our new roof. We had not a single problem.

Gerry's team did an excellent job. The price was reasonable for the quality of the products and services. They also installed the gutters for me.

From the very first contact to the finished roof the experience exceeded expectations. Very professional staff and no pressure sales. The roofing team was very respectful of our property. Tarps were layed over the entire surfaces around the house. Care was taken to be sure our deck was covered and never had materials on it. The team was fast and efficient. We had a timeline needed to get the work done and they finished ahead of schedule. The end result is very high quality in materials and appearance. One of the biggest selling points is lifetime warranty for both materials and workmanship! That is amazing. No worries, for life of roof! They have done several homes in our neighborhood which stand out above the others. I highly endorse ClearVision.

My home had gone 30+ years without a roof replacement, and I contacted three different contractors. One did not respond, and Clear Vision and one other did come out and give an estimate. Since I used to work in the trades, I had a bit of an idea about what the cost of materials would be. Clear Vision gave a fair price estimate (it can't be a quote, because until they dig into it, they don't know if there are any additional problems). The other estimate was significantly higher, and the warranty was almost exactly the same.
The workers were highly efficient, the contacts through the process were positive, and the final cost was real close to the estimate (they did need to use 3 more sheets of plywood than the estimate included). I'm happy with the quality of work and the cost.

The Clear Vision team and crew were great. Everything went along beautifully just as discussed. The job took just a few days and the roof looks great. It was relatively quiet considering they're tearing your roof off! Very pleased with the cleanup, you would never know they were even here.

We are very happy with our new roof I highly recommend Clear Vision Roofing for their honesty, professionalism, great and quality work. This is the second time we have used them for Roofing and Gutter Replacement. Earlier , they did on our rental home . Pricing is reasonable for the materials you choose but always takes few bids for comparison.
After completion, their workers came back to fix small broken siding and to inspect the roof.

I feel like I'm echoing what others have said that clear vision really does a great job with what they offer in the way of roofing services. After seeing what they did for a neighbor of mine a couple of years ago I kept them in mind for my own project this year and never actually talk to another contractor.
Their sales project management team and installation all work together very well and I found communication with them good and they kept in mind all of my very specific concerns about keeping the place clean and cared for despite a very involved project. Highly recommend

My 21 year old roof was leaking in the attic, so after obtaining many bids, CVC was very competitive with pricing, and didn't use high pressure sales tactics like some of the companies I met with. I am very happy with my roofing project from start to finish. The job was done in a professional manner, they gave me solutions for cooling down my attic, and my new roof looks amazing! I am very happy with my new roof and would highly recommend CVC to anyone.

We probably met with 9 or so roofing companies for quotes. Clear Vision was one of the last ones, so we had heard the spiel repetitively at that point. We had decided to go with another company because it took 2 days for our quote to come in. I honestly had forgotten we were still waiting on a Clear Vision bid. Thankfully, just as I was to accept another bid, we got the emailed quote. It was with a much better warranty and less than the bid we were going to go with. So we accepted, and then waited to move on. The only reason for 1 less star is this time period of receiving the quote and scheduling. I expected the salesman would be more involved, or thankful for our business. I felt like I drove most of the communication at this point. For how much a roof is, I expected a little more.

But, here is where it goes to 5 stars. Once we scheduled, it was 2 days and my roof was done! They showed up on time and worked efficiently. The installers were great, see the traps placed around the while house. Afterwards, someone came by for a final walk through, made sure all the debris was picked up and showed us pictures of areas that were repaired. From install, comminication forward was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Clear Vision to anyone looking for a new roof.

Lee with Clear Vision provided a great understanding of the roofing system. He walked us through how it would work and how their GAF products were different from other companies. The workmanship and product came in exactly as he outlined. The communication from the team (Anthony was awesome) was quick and clear. They are getting my recommendation here and throughout our neighborhood. Great company, product and people.

Clear Vision replaced my roof, and I’m really happy with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. The only thing I’d suggest is a bit more communication on progress, but overall, they were easy to work with, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Clear Vision Construction is a life saver! Recently bought a home and then learned it needed a new back roof and skylights. After obtaining 4 quotes, I chose Clear Vision over the rest due to competitive pricing and the wonderful customer service I experienced with Lee and Alyssa who answered all my questions and put my worries to rest. The entire process was painless and worry free and the crew banged out the entire job on a Saturday in the rain. Those guys rock! We had Clear Vision replace our garage roof. We chose them a second time after being completely satisfied with their work on our house and porch roof a few years earlier. They were quick to respond with a quote, and explained their materials and guarantees. Not the least expensive, but clearly very high quality. I would highly recommend them!

I chose Clear Vision because they put a new roof on my neighbors home. I saw how hard they were working every day on my neighbor's roof. The neighbors new roof looked great! So, I gave Clear Choice a call and requested a bid. Their bid was very reasonable and more competitive than most of the bids I received. So I went with them over 4-5 other companies that I received bids from. The other reason I picked Clear Vision is because they were very professional when we met to have them look at my exisitng roof and to give me a bid. Of the 4-5 other contractors that I didn't choose, I emailed all of them separately and told them we'd decided to go with another company. Not one of those other contractors responded to my email, not to thank me for letting them know, not to wish me the best going forward with the new roof project, NOTHING! I think that tells a lot about a company. I enjoyed my association with everybody that worked on my roof as well as those that did a walk-through of the clean up, those that collected the 2nd half of the money that I owed them, EVERYBODY! Clear Vision did an wonderful job reroofing our house. Their bid was thousands less than another company we were considering. Before the job started, Lee and Gerry did a great job communicating with us, like explaining why some new vents needed to be added to our house and detailing the schedule of the reroof. They completed job in 2 days. A few days after the reroof was competed, they sent over an inspector to ensure that the job was done property. I highly recommend this company.

I had a few roofing come out to access my roof. I got mixed assess. I happen to mention to my skylight company and the owner told me to contact Lee Nielsen at Clear Vision and said “he’s a straight shooter.” Lee came out to look and said that I do not need a new roof and don’t let anyone tell me I do. He said this because of the quality of my roof. He could have easily said I need a new one, but he was honest and forthright and saved me probably $30,000!! He assessed the problem as my chimney and gave me a few referrals. All this was after the awful ice storm we had. I contacted the chimney company who came out to replace the mortar. I haven’t had any problem since.

Roofers Fernando and Eli are efficient, hardworking young men with a good sense of humor. The roofs are sturdy again and gorgeous. And they did a fine job cleaning up. This is long over due but I wanted to wait till we got through winter. Last year(2023) we had our roof replaced it needed it badly. I contacted 8 different roofers and only 6 responded. ClearVision came out and inspected things including the attic. Explained what they were gonna do and how and provided a very informative packet of information. With a job like this it important to go for quality not just who's the cheapest. You get what you pay for. While they were not the cheapest they stayed in contact answered any of the questions I had. We also had them do the gutters and the new K6 gutters are fantastic. They explained the work order step by step so it was clear. One of the things that sold us on ClearVision was that we didn't have to have a dumpster parked in our driveway for a week that others required. They did a fabulous job, resolved problems we didn't know had and pointed out things that might be a problem that were unrelated to roofing but could affect it. They were very nice to work with. They really know their stuff and I will highly recommend them. With every job like this there are issues or questions at the end. These were resolved without any Drama, quickly and to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a good roofer these guys should be on your short list! With all the bad weather we have had the roof looks as good now and it did in October and the ridge vents are so much better then the 10, yes, 10 roof vents one roofer wanted to use. I have noting but praise for the work ClearVision did on our house.

I first spoke with Alyssa (stellar employee!) ... she's earned a raise … it’s because of the way she handled that first communication that I felt 100% comfortable choosing this company! She scheduled Lee Nielsen to come out to do an estimate … actually, I’d give him a raise too! There was not one minute that I felt like he was trying to ‘sell’ the job to me. Great listener and communicator! Learned a lot from him! When your roof is damaged and leaking, it’s a miserable feeling. He even took the time to place a container in my attic to catch the drips! What he did took me safely through that wild winter storm that we all just went through ... without any additional damage. Thank you, Lee! Gerry in scheduling was another great employee to work with … okay, more raises all around And let’s not leave out Joseph and Manuel … they coordinated the repairs and yes, definitely exceeded my expectations! ClearVision Construction did a GREAT JOB re-siding the front side of our house and painting the entire house! Jerry at ClearVision was always easy to reach and prompt in replying. The site managers Juanito, Carlos and Jose with Infiniti Construction were easy to work with. They were always willing to answer our questions with a smile and quick to ask us for decisions regarding the job. The crew showed up on time every day and worked hard, breaking only for lunch. They always let us know what days they’d be working and what days work was delayed due to rain. There were never unnecessary delays! They kept the worksite clean, never making more noise than needed (no music, no yelling). The crew was detail-oriented: replacing lights, doorbell, house numbers and even the Styrofoam plugs in the foundation vents! We’ve noticed quality touches to the siding job like extra flashing and perfect caulking of seams. Our old house now looks more modern with the updated-style siding and a fresh paint job!

Lee informed us of all our options, provided us with multiple packages to select from to meet our needs. Upon signing our contract communication was prompt and concise. The work on the roof went flawlessly, daily clean up was fantastic. At the end of the project the roof was reviewed, a couple of punch list items were noted and they were quickly taken care of. Overall the communication, quality, and the people made this project great!

We recently had a siding project done with Clear Vision Construction. We were referred to this company by my coworker. There was no hard sell, Lee, the field rep who came out actually told me how I could fix the leak while we waited for the work to start. Once started, they were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves each day.

We had an amazing experience with Clear Vision from start to finish. Alyssa, who scheduled the appointment for the estimate and provided me with deck and repair person recommendations. Lee, who provided us with the estimate, was knowledgeable, and helpful, and answered all our questions and there were many. Gerry, who provided us with all the information we needed, delivery, and scheduling of the project, was also very patient and helpful with another round of questions. Gerry kept us up to date and communicated with us about the extra fees we incurred due to plywood needing to be replaced, which Lee warned us was a possibility. The two workers that were here for four days from 8 to 8, I, unfortunately, do not know their names, but they have an incredible work ethic, working out in the hot sun all day, and every night before they left, they would go around and pick up the debris. Joseph came by to do a final inspection and was here for several hours double-checking to ensure everything was done correctly and to remove anything left from the work site. Professional and friendly from start to finish. There work was excellent, efficient, and they fixed a minor repair to porch ceiling that occurred during the reroofing process.

Roof appears to be installed well- no more leaks in the rainy season! On-site crew worked quickly and cleaned up while the office staff were easy to work with. There was an issue with damage to our interior ceiling but it was dealt with professionally and satisfactorily. I would recommend despite the inconvenience we suffered .

Had a tree hit our roof and take out shingles, roof deck, rafter tails and some siding. Lee was very prompt with the estimate and arranging for a tarp to avoid any water damage. All repairs to both the roof, rafters and siding were completed promptly and to a high standard. Looks as good as new!

We have our roof replaced in July, they did fantastic job even just only two person doing the job, every one we deal with at Clear Vision made the experience pleasant. All involed with bour project gracious and helpful, we would give them our highest recommendation.

Clear Vision replaced my complete roof and two skylights. They came as scheduled with a large crew and tore off the existing roof in two hours. The full roof was completed the next day. There were some delays with one skylight, but the workers returned when scheduled and completed the work as promised. The 50 yr warranty can’t be beat. I’d highly recommend Clear Vision Construction!

Clear vision construction is fantastic. I researched five companies and decided to go with clear vision. The material that they use and the way it is installed plus the guarantee that comes with the roofing job is amazing. None of the other companies that I researched had a warranty like they provide. Their prices are great and the people that work there from the office to the GREAT installation crew are all so nice.
The installation crew showed up on Monday removed the old roof with lots of different angles down to the plywood and installed the new composition and finished on Tuesday afternoon, so fast! I watched the majority of what they did and you can tell they are very knowledgeable in the installation process. When they were done they picked up all the trash and used a roller magnet for any nails or metal that may be in the yard or around the house. Other than the great looking new roof, you could not tell they were even there. Afterwards they had a supervisor come by to check the installation up on my roof to make sure everything was done correctly.
When it came time to pay the balance, there was not ANY additions to the bid, they did exactly what they said they would do AND NO EXTRA CHARGES. you just can’t ask for any more from a contractor. GREAT COMPANY. Thanks to everybody at Clear Vision, it can rain now because I have a new roof.

The five person crew that installed new roofing and ridge venting were top notch. They communicated well throughout the project and answered all of my questions on the spot. They did an excellent job of clean-up upon completion. I'm very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

CVC did a very good with the work to replace the roof.

There was only one worker here everyday, but he worked very hard and paid very good attention to detail!

I would absolutely recommend CVC to others :)
