Replacing a roof is costly and complex. It is important to work with someone who has your best interests at heart as opposed to their bottom line. From the beginning, our experience with Todd and the team at Sparks was a delight instead of a burden. Todd took time to explain our options and didn't attempt to layer in unnecessary costs. There was no pressure to sign the quote immediately.

I greatly appreciated Todd's unending patience as we debated between shingle styles and colors. He provided us with information throughout the process. In the end, we have a roof that was installed beautifully. I was impressed that I did not experience damage to landscaping or have nails sprinkled across our property. There were a few small items that Todd informed me would be resolved within days of the install. They were and only then was I asked for payment. The roof has been tested with the rain and intense wind this spring and it is working exactly as it should.

My advice to anyone considering Sparks is to move forward with them. You won't be disappointed and you won't have to play games in the process.
