Sparks Roofing did a fabulous job on our home. They were so patient, answered every question and communicated well. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them to everyone.

Zach stopped by my house a couple of times when I wasn’t home, but thankfully he left his card. Perfect timing because I was in fact in need of a new roof. His communication through the whole process was impeccable! He went up to bat countless times with my insurance company, making it to where I didn’t have to put forth much effort on my end. He was on top of every single thing every step of the way!! My husband is currently deployed, and I was able to keep him in the loop as Zach explained every move to me in a way it made sense. I was unenthusiastic about having to tackle such a project on my own, but I am so glad I did. The roof looks amazing! My insurance agent was so impressed with Zach that he reached out to me just to brag on the efforts Zach was going to saying it was something he has never seen before. I 100% recommend Zach and Sparks Roofing!!

We recently had roof and gutters replaced by Sparks Roofing. Zachary made it easy start to finish and really helped with choosing shingle color. Turned out awesome, we love our new roof and the way it’s enhanced our home. Thanks Zach and team!

Zach did an amazing job! He came out and consulted with me. He walked me through the entire process. His team was very polite and did an incredible job. Zach even put my furniture back on my porch for me after the job was done! I highly recommend Sparks Roofing. They have high quality materials, provide incredible workmanship, and have extremely knowledgeable agents to make sure you understand all the details.

Appointment was scheduled for a Friday. They no call no show. A employee calls us the following week and says they were suppose to come at 9am but it was already 10am. They were one hour late to a 9am appointment that we didn’t even setup. We decided to go with another roofer just based off the initial experience and lack of professionalism of Sparks.

Spark's Roofing does more than roofing. They helped me get my home repaired from hail and wind damaged to vinal and gutters. Their crew was very fast and professional. Hard working. They gave me an itemized bill that was very fair in todays market prices.

We absolutely can not get a call back or email response to explain the price change in the quote we were given for our roof. We had issues out the gate with them answering the phone. We waiting a few months and tried again as we assumed they were busy with the storms. They sent metal out to our residence a month early that we had to send away...then never showed on the actual scheduled date in July. We had to call and figure out why they never arrived.
The roof looks as it should, but the customer service aspect ruins it. If you're going to up us in 2k over the "high end quote" please have the decency to explain why. We were verbally told it would not exceed the quote because they placed it on the high end. If you cant promise it, dont say it....especially when all materials were not used and were hauled off. This buisness is also knows as Sparks for anyone else that is confused. I hate leaving negative reviews, but it seems to be the only way anyone will take you seriously as a customer.

Sparks Roofing has done a great job for my family over the years. We've worked with them on more than a few projects, and they are always conscientious and really follow up whenever there is an issue. Sparks is one of the best roofers around. I highly recommend them!

They are good people to work with. They maintained the same pricing before and after the March 3 wide spread wind event our county suffered. Once my special order arrived they made an appointment to install my roof with in just a few days.

I have never been more pleased with a company and the work crew that replaced our large barn roof. They did an excellent job! The crew was a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and competent! You could hardly tell they had been there after they cleaned up and left. This is the best experience I have had with a company in the past 25 years!

We had a wonderful experience using Sparks Roofing for our new home. Matt and Don Sparks (now retired) were both quickly responsive and helpful with questions through the process. The crew who came on site was professional, efficient, and maintained a clean work site. We have an Aframe home (with a very challenging roof!) and they went above and beyond the ensure the roof did its job effectively and looked great. I cannot recommend their services enough and I look forward to using them for our gutter needs once our build is complete.

I dealt with the owner personally (it wasn’t Don as others have said) and he was very responsive and respectful. Job was done in a timely manner and appears to be a great install.

Worst experience of my life. will never recommend these people. Signed contract in March it was not completed until November. They constantly delayed the project, arrived to work with no materials, had to reschedule. When they finally did the the roof, they ruined property, trees, left a terrible mess, left their workers unsupervised, had to return multiple times becasue they ran out of material, took much longer than stated. Office staff is ignorant of accounting practices and inexperience. Paid within 3 days of invoice and they begged me to pay sooner because they needed to make payroll. Tried to talk to owner to no avail. Roofer did not install the roof properly and no fascia was replaced at any point even though the gutters fell off in one place because the wood was rotted. Expensive job and still no satisfaction because I had to contract with another roofer to finish the job properly. No home owner should ever trust this company with their roof or gutters. I tried to work with local and got severely burned.

They did a terrific job on our roof, and they did it fast! I was very impressed with their experience and knowledge of their products and installation. The workers are their workers - full-time employees of the company and not day-laborers or subcontract. They were exceptionally polite and did more and a better job than was expected. Highly recommend.

I've only had to ask them to come out for a couple of minor issues over the last 10 years. They were responsive, prompt and very reasonable. If you need any work done, or your roof replaced, call Sparks Roofing in Springfield.

few years ago had full roof replaced on rental property and was very pleased with the project. recently I called and requested an estimate on a small job at my home concerning roofing on a balcony that needed some repair. I was promised Don would contact me in a couple of days to meet for an estimate, he never came or contacted me.after several days passed I called again and was told Don would contact me. two days later Don called me and asked what I needed and I explained it to him. he said he was out of town and would contact me when he returned in I think would be two days. I waited and waited no Don. Then after a week or so I received this estimate. no call, no explanation, not even a clear description of what he intended to do, or an opportunity to even ask a question. to this day I have not met Don nor had any contact from Sparks. I am totally disappointed with Sparks and will look elsewhere for my next project.

This review is on behalf of my mom, she is very pleased with the quality of work provided by Sparks Roofing and their staff. The work performed was: Rotted drywall and flooring, roof patching and repair and they even laid vinyl in her foyer. Very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of the work.

A couple of months ago was the 2nd time (with two separate houses) that I've had my roof replaced with Sparks in the last few years. They are genuinely honest, caring and true to their word about when they can come and when they will be finished. Their work is excellent. My new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing roofing work done. They are not scammers or storm chasers, they are actually a locally owned and operated small business and they are wonderful!

We had our shingle roof replaced with metal roof a couple years ago by Sparks Roofing. Couldn't be happier! They did an excellent job and completed the work when they said they would. The quality of the material and installation was great. We recommend Sparks Roofing to everyone.

Sparks roofing replaced our roof of 20 years. We had three folks come to quote replacing our roof. Out of the three Spark's was timely and the best price. When they came to do the roof the did what they said they was going to do. They kept the work area clean and clutter free. The roof looks great. I would recommend them to anybody.

I am a retired contractor. Sparks roofing always did all of my roofing. Since retiring they have also done repairs for me as well as friends that I have referred. The do a quality job and most importantly they stand behind their work. They are not some fly by night storm chaser. They have been in business for years right here in Robertson county.

Terrible. I would not use them. They were supposed to fix my roof and kept putting off starting the work, then took them forever to finish. They had to come back several times to fix leaks and each time I called them it took forever to get a response. They are a small business and Donald Sparks will not hesitate to screw you over.
