Wow! Local family run business, solid work, professional AND very communicative. They shared pictures of the process while I was at work so I could rest easy we were in good hands. First, let me say that Eric is knowledgeable, polite, well spoken and responsive.
The team works hard, from the work I witnessed on a couple neighbors homes that needed emergency snow removal and repairs this past winter.

Perez roofing came in just short of 2.5x the cost of two other local, reputable roofing contractors for the same product. The bid was over $100k for a ~3000 sqft roof in Galena Forest.
I hope that Eric and team learn that a No-Bid is better than a bid so Ridiculous it wouldn’t possibly be accepted.
They did a great job on our roof in a timely and professional manner! The only roofers that seemed eager to earn and keep our business. Would definitely recommended you give them a shot!
