Wow! Local family run business, solid work, professional AND very communicative. They shared pictures of the process while I was at work so I could rest easy we were in good hands. I could not believe how many people showed up and quickly and NEATLY they tore down the roof. Eric is very easy to work with and all the staff was great! Highly recommend!!

Perez roofing came in just short of 2.5x the cost of two other local, reputable roofing contractors for the same product. The bid was over $100k for a ~3000 sqft roof in Galena Forest.

I hope that Eric and team learn that a No-Bid is better than a bid so Ridiculous it wouldn’t possibly be accepted.

They did a great job on our roof in a timely and professional manner! The only roofers that seemed eager to earn and keep our business. Would definitely recommended you give them a shot!
