I'm very happy with the mitigation system that Lynn and his partner installed. After moving into our new house (in Austin), we noticed some elevated radon levels with our Airthings monitor; it was hovering around 9.0 pCi/L after a big rainstorm. It's now averaging about 0.6 pCi/L which we feel much better about.

For some more details, Lynn was our contact during the whole process. It was easy to talk with and was respectful to our home. The day of the install, they showed up early in the morning and were finished around lunch time. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards and they even painted the exhaust to match the color of my roof so it doesn't stand out.

Lynn, certified by National Radon Proficiency Program and based out of Austin, Texas, was able to install a radon mitigation system in my San Antonio home within 3 weeks of when I requested and accepted his proposal/quote. Lynn was very professional, on time for the job, and finished installing one system in 7 hours. He placed a radon testing unit in the room I've been testing in, in order to confirm this one fan is enough for my home. He also clearly labeled the radon system pipes with information to prevent plumbers from using it as a drain and so that homeowners know how to tell that the 5-year-warrantied system is still working. He made sure we know that if we have any questions, concerns, or unforeseen work quality fix needs, he will address them. I feel confident that he means what he says and says what he means.

Lynn and his crew arrived when he said they would, were quick to set up and start work. Lynn answered all he questions I had and thoroughly explained all the work that was done and the radon mitigation equipment that he installed.
