Gustavo did an excellent job in explaining the gutter installation and answered all of my questions. He is a true gentleman.

Gustavo Hernandez was in charge of the repair and installation of our beach house roof. He was prompt and professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew was fast and efficient. They made sure to keep the site clean and worked hard to finish the project that same day.

Gustavo and his team came out and repaired our roof, gutters and siding after they were damaged by a hail storm. They were professional, their work was completed in the time frames they gave me. They covered my bushes and shrubs so they would not be damaged and cleaned up all of the debree when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've used Southline twice, once for a repair and once for a full replacement. Both times they were excellent in all aspects of the transaction! They communicate well, answer all questions, show up on time, and most importantly do great work! In addition, they helped us through the insurance claims process and were here to meet the adjuster (which was rescheduled multiple times due to weather but they showed up every time). I highly recommend Southline and will do business with them again for all of our roofing needs. Ignacio and Walter are excellent people to work with who truly care about making sure they do good quality work and the customer is satisfied!

I had a large tree fall on my house causing extensive damage to the roof. Southline Roofing did all the repairs efficiently, quietly and cleaned up after themselves. I feel that they went over and above to caulk the 3 existing pipes on my roof that were not in the area that needed repair. I am absolutely satisfied with the work ethic and professional job in restoring my roof.

Ignacio inspected the roof and went over what needed to be done and how they would go about the job and what materials would be used. Even took pictures of the roof to show us in detail what would be happening. This is the company you want doing your roof!! I have never been so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, materials and attention to details as I am with Southline. I was kept informed by the Project Coordnator Yobana during the job and she always very professional kept me up to date on everything going on. The crews they have working are extremely nice and very knowledgable in what they are doing. Kept the work area well organized and great job making sure worksite debris was not an issue. On a side note, I worked for a roofing company one summer while in school. I had two other companies I had lined up to give me quotes, with one being the company I had previously worked for. I canceled the other two appointments after speaking with Ignacio! I could not be more satisfied. Thank you Southline!!

Southline Roofing was fantastic to work with through my entire roof repair process. I had a fairly large leak, and called to take a look. Ignacio was very thorough with his inspection, and recommended that I file a claim with my insurance to replace the entire roof due to the age and condition. Southline’s office handled the entire claim process and dealt with my insurance directly. Ignacio and the company communicated with me through the entire repair undertaking, - meeting the insurance inspection agent, my roof repair options, timing of the repairs and clean-up. Southline Roofing was very attentive. I had three major leaks in a roof at a home I was renovating and needed it taken care of very quickly. I got a quote and on their schedule within three days of calling them about it. They were very honest about the damage and severity of repairs needed while inspecting and were VERY clean. I did not find a single nail left behind. When they were replacing the roof, they found more damage than they could initially see and were very professional about the situation and worked very well with the customer and their budget. I will always use them when I come across these situations while renovating homes from here on out.
