Gustavo, his crew, and everyone we worked with at Southline were amazing. From helping us navigate the fine print of our homeowners insurance (deny, delay, defend - and apparently depreciation), to dodging heat waves and flash thunder storms, we couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

The new roof looks amazing, they kept the jobsite debris contained and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Even returned the next day to inspect the roof with fresh eyes and polish up some minor defects in material.

Great work and a first class operation! Kevin (sales) was always on time and quick to respond to any all inquiries. Yobana (coordinator) got it scheduled up quickly and kept me posted of any changes that could occur that would be out of their control (weather) ahead of time. Gustavo (on-site supervisor), I can’t say enough good things about this guy! Super friendly, super attentive, responsive and even went the extra mile, once on the job, to make sure all repairs (including ones that I originally missed when looking over the project myself) were done correctly. Work was done quickly and at the end of each day they were sure to keep the work area clean and organized.

Southline Roofing are great to work with. I had an issue with some vinyl siding popping off after a bad storm. Southline had replaced the siding on my house a few years ago. I called and asked if they could come out to have a look at it. A few days later, Ignacio and his guys show up and quickly take care of it.

There was no charge for the repair and I really appreciate their commitment to customer service. Again, the issue was the storm and not the quality of the original work.

Southline was the 3rd company to give me a quote on replacing my 19 year old roof. Jose came out and gave me a quote that was a little bit less than their competitors.
What the deciding factor for me wasn't even the price, it was how respectful and nice Jose was. He seemed genuinely concerned about my roofing issues and assured me with Southline's 10 year warranty.

I was then contacted by Andres, who would be the job foreman, who called me before the replacement to confirm the scheduled time and day. His crew was there to start work before sunrise and worked until after sunset..... for two days!
Andres waited for me to get home when the job was done to make sure that I was satisfied. He had pictures of the area of sheathing that had to be replaced due to water damage. He even came back a few days later to make sure everything was fine.

Great experience all around with Southline roofing. The office workers are super helpful with questions and scheduling, they were very convenient with working with our schedule with meeting with everyone we needed to meet with. Gustavo was the site supervisor for my roof project at 2084 King’s Gate Lane in Mount Pleasant. He was outstanding in communication from start to finish. Southline Roofing finished up my new roof a couple of weeks ago just in time for tropical storm, Debbie. Walter is a great supervisor, he kept me informed every step of the way until the work was done. He is personable, attentive and accommodating, a real advantage to the company he works for. Called two roofing contractors, the 1st one didn't go on roof or in the attic and didn't bring any information. Ignacio was our salesperson brought all information and samples. Took two days, had a few problems, but Jose took care of all of them. I'm happy with the look.Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

They have replaced a rotting chimney, installed gutters, fixed window leaks, and all were done perfectly!

Working over the phone with Emily was a breeze as she quickly got me scheduled with a same-day opening (you all wish you were as lucky) and she knew what she was doing right away with a simple request: Roof Certs!
