Leonard is a man of his word…he & his crew did everything exactly when he promised, & upgraded several items at no charge because he wanted to “do it right”….a man of integrity! He helped file my claim, was here when the insurance adjuster & inspector were here. He went up on the roof to help confirm the damage, & 1 1/2 weeks later I have an awesome new roof!!! I would “highly” recommend Leonard & Brentwood Roofing to anyone needing a new roof!!

Our neighbors recommended him and I was able to have him look at a couple trouble spots on my roof. Material (matching shingles) needed to be ordered. Leonard kept me up to date with progress on that and then came promptly on the scheduled date to complete the work in an afternoon.

I could not possibly be more pleased about our experience with Brentwood Roofing. After being told by a different company that our roof would not be covered by insurance, we sought a second opinion. A family member put us in touch with David at Brentwood Roofing. David came out the next day, let us know that storm damage was present, and even helped to coordinate our conversations with the insurance company. David was there when the adjuster came out and worked to make sure we were taken care of. He had us scheduled for the install the next week, the crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. At the end of the day once the job was finished David even went around with a big magnet to make sure no nails were missed in the cleanup process. He left our driveway and back patio area looking cleaner than it was before the job even started. He looked over everything with us and made sure we were happy with the final product. David handled everything from start to finish! Inspected roof and told me I had wind damage, meet with my insurance adjuster and got me approved, he even came back bye and picked up nails after the roofers were done cleaning up.

These guys should have their contractors license taken away. The tornado of 2020 caused extensive damage to our house and destroyed our roof. We contacted Brentwood Roofing and they sent a crew of people over that looked as if they were just out of High School. Leonard claimed that they were his best crew and they had "been with him for years". I tested that when I caught one of them drinking beer on his lunch break. I called Leonard and he came over and didn't even know anyone's name. Anyway, the whole installation was a disaster and I had to stand constant guard that they weren't taking short cuts. Well, here we are 3 years later and my roof has multiple leaks and is going to cost me thousands to repair the shoddy work that Leonard and his crew did.

Brentwood Roofing was great to work with from Start to finish. They have us a beautiful roof with the highest statuary of quality. They were timely and responsive and worked with our insurance company to expedite the process. David Jennings was professional and courteous throughout the process. We'd been putting off replacing our 31 year old roof for a few years because of the cost and the perceived stress it would involve. After finding roofing tiles in my flower beds, I finally began to interview several roofing contractors and it was such an easy decision. It’s too bad there aren’t 6 stars on this review platform as that is what Leonard and his team really deserve. After my roof took a hit from the intense spring storms in Nashville, I had to figure out how best to navigate the insurance and roof repair space. I knew, though, that Brentwood Roofing was the company for me when Leonard quickly put me at ease and helped me choose both the selections and timing that made sense for me and my home. He was extremely communicative leading up to my service and afterwards, and on service day, his team was prompt, clean and efficient. Repairs started early one morning and were finished by the end of that day, but if I hadn’t been there when they started, I would not have even known they were there as they cleaned their work meticulously. It goes without saying (but I’ll say it anyways) that my roof looks great and operates perfectly, and I offer my wholehearted recommendation of Leonard and Brentwood Roofing if you are in the roof market in the Middle TN area!

This past March 3rd sustained straight line winds up to 90 mph caused shingles to peel off my roof. During the wind storm I called my insurance agent to start the claims process and asked him for any roofers he could recommend. Within a few hours I received a call from Leonard at Brentwood Roofing. Leonard came out to tarp the damaged areas, take pictures for insurance and then handled the claims process. The insurance adjuster came out a few days later to survey the damage. Within a few weeks I had a new roof. Excellent communication and superior workmanship. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. Now that’s customer service!
